#SundayRundown DA Bear Carmy deserved to get angry about how Sydny and Markus were acting. Richie was actually doing everything he was told to do Carmy told him to prep with Sydny she was the one freaking out then when he was "on her station" she couldnt let go of her grudge when its go time. Richie was obviously used to working in high stress kitchen times like this and never wasn't working. Syd also was standing in Carmys expo like a deer in the headlights, and he had to yell to get her to listen after telling her multiple times to get off the expo for her to listen. Carmy doesn't have the time to talk about the risotto right before service, but Syd is all about now now now. Syd is the young upstart that is flying too high too fast, not realizing her impact on things around her. (Remember she had her own business that failed as a startup) She and Markus literally left the staff high and dry. In a kitchen, you work through the shift, get over the hump then quit otherwise your screwing everyone, not just your manager

Bruuuuuuh you should totally do a skit based on this episode of The Bear.

#SundayRundown. #GeneralDiscussion. Reposting this since last SundayRundown was cancelled: I saw on the last Rundown you were looking for spooky suggestions this October, and I know you probably want more variety, however it would be an absolute shame if you guys missed the premiere of DanDaDan! It is a supernatural anime made by a former assistant of Tatsuki Fujimoto's so if you liked Chainsaw Man you'll like this, although DanDaDan leans more into lighthearted comedy at times it still hits with some real and genuinely heartbreaking story moments. it will be animated by Science Saru and already looks gorgeous from the trailers, so I hoping you check this one out.

People really don’t watch intros before commenting lol (granted i don’t always either). They said he’s only missing this ep.

Marcus fucked up he did no two ways about it, everyone over reacted sure but if you have an in house baker in a situation like that and he's fuckin around with his donuts while this sort of thing is going on then sorry all hands on deck or get off the boat. Carmy and Syd warned him about getting too focused on his side project and disregarding his actual job and this is when it comes to a head. Then instead of sucking it up and carrying on and having a conversation after service he is a dick about it and bails, it is not justified in this situation he is in the wrong.

its marcus dude no K but yes other then that completely agree

Macs

Also syd is an excellent chef but she folded under pressure again sure carmy was going into a mode that is never really needed in a kitchen he should be the center of calm and control but syd did not support her head chef as the sous her main job is to support and match the head chefs energy and maybe quietly tell him to reign it in a bit instead she lost it, both marcus and syd are the ones who fucked up this ep, while the fuck ups and hard heads richie and tina kept their cool and just powered on through it all

They did say at the end “we are watching the next 3 episodes right now.” So it would seem they’re watching 4 on the day he’s gone.

MPH

The Office is about to drop in quality significantly, but some of the best episodes and moments of the series are still in the future, up until the very end and even throughout Season 8.

Shirlene Wright

This episode of The Office Always brings Tears, the Happy kind.

Veya

Michael and Holly already live together. She already ask him to move to Colorado so she was definitely gonna propose in the break room lol.

J-or-Dan

About concealing mana I understand where they are coming from as outside the universe you always need the upper hand but it would be like if someone is helping you move and only takes the lightest stuff then come to find out could easily carry 3-4 full boxes of books in one go

Chaos T

This episode of The Bear should be titled "Why Are You F'ing With Me?!". "Review" is one of the most stressful episodes of TV in recent years. Even after seeing the episode multiple times I still get anxiety watching it. Chef's kiss to the director, producers, and all the actors involved for accomplishing an 18-minute one take.

Chaos T

Richie took being stabbed like a champ.

Benjamin Donahue

I think Frieren is the perfect balance of "show and tell". All of the flashback add clarity without being repetetive and the fights are short, sweet, and beautiful

Infinite tsukuyomi (he him)

I knew that Michael eventually leaves the show. But seeing it about to happen after all these reactions still brings a fresh wave of sadness.

#Frieren #SundayRundown Now that we're done with ep 10 here is a little more info on Demons. Demons and Elves are the only ones who can Naturally use magic, though Humans and Dwarfs can learn magic it is not a natural thing for them so they have to be taught magic in order to use it. Because of this and their long lifespans Elves were viewed as a threat to Demons by the Demon King and this is why he had Elven Villages like Frieren's attacked and destroyed. This is one of the reason along with the Elves lack reproductive instincts for why there are a lack of Elves in this world.
