Ok, so like... I think it's very reasonable to assume, almost confirmed, that each room is Gemma beta testing severance as a "skip bad experiences" service, so Lumon can sell it to the public, like they're already doing with the birthing cabins. And if "Cold Harbor" is the final room aka the final bad experience, that when completed means death for Gemma... What if the "bad experience" in Cold Harbor is ACTUAL death... Burning in a fiery car accident? nah let an Innie tank that painful death.
