The real question I had in this episode was how many of the crew deserved to live, and how many I had zero sympathy for when they died. There’s a great quote in there about how human beings can be so smart and so incredibly dumb.

You guys keep saying Teng is (was) a synth, but that’s false. Remember his creepy fixation with that one woman in cryo sleep and how Morrow specifically called him out for doing his filth over her? Also, the first episode Morrow threatened to kill all his shares, and synths are property of the company; they don’t get shares.

I don’t blame Morrow for sealing out Zaveri from the room with Mother. Keep in mind he’d watched his whole crew either die to the aliens (including when they were trying to save each other), or get contaminated / “impregnated.” His life lesson over the last 72 hours was to take no chances at all. And also, the majority of the crew, including Zaveri, had proved they were incompetents with no survival instincts at all.

the acting was really good but the plot and writing was really bad this episode. i can understand a character being dumb but this episode characters were cartoon levels of dumb. like when that guy was making doody jokes after hearing 2 people had died and an alien was loose was just un believable. and that dumb lady leaving multiple different aliens containers unlocked by accident was so dumb. i wish instead of relying on stupid characters to explain how the aliens got out it would have been better to show the aliens breaking out on there own showing the mankind cant contain them.

For the Normies or anyone in the know, is there a particular reason that the short intros and longer post discussions aren’t included with the Uncuts? It’s not a dealbreaker of any kind, super easy to just jump back and forwards in the YouTube edit. But I am curious. Also, if you guys were to put the Game Master hat on any of your core group, who would it be, what game system would they run, and is there a shot in hell of it happening?
