The reason this episode was short was bc this episode was technically a "bonus" episode bc of how they had production issues with the last episode of cour 2 if i remember correctly. Also alot of what is in this episode is brand new content. Isshin and ryuken are showing up way earlier than they did in the manga. The full vizard roster also being there and hollowfied against gerard is brand new, and Uryu fighting ichigo again was also brand new as well. Also the flashback showing the auswahalen in the world of the living and his grandfather talking was brand new as well.

#SundayRundown Bleach TYBW “Quincy Daten” = Quincy Data And now just like that, the Initial Truth of the Quincy’s history and Uryu’s motive is revealed. Although it was implied in the last episode, this one confirms by Uryu’s Grandpa Soken that Yhwach is tyrant conquering warlord that seemingly came out of nowhere (who just so happens to be the son of the Soul King) as literally a inverted version of the messiah in order to “unify” the Quincys. All while Uryu, being the only notable survivor of the Auswählen (either thanks to switching his ill position with his mother due to his signature reverse ability instinctually reacting on its own or with the help of his mother somehow saving his life like Masaki did for Ichigo, a case we need further clarification on but either way, ends with him or rather his blood being special) and therefore out of everyone else’s hands, seems to be the only one who can bring an end to Yhwach in order to liberate not just the Quincys but the world itself. As for those confused on Lille and Kira’s survival along with how he was able to attack him, Nanao actually just dispersed his body and power into those flamingo fragments so now they’re physically tangible, and it was Mayuri who saved him up with those temporary rods in his wound. The MVP even when out of commission. With the 4th & final part left there’s also 4 enemies left, besides obviously Yhwach, there’s the Stern Ritter grandmaster & his other half being Jugram, the flamboyant death dealer Askin, and Gerald who we learned just like Pernida being the left hand of the Soul King, is supposedly the heart of the Soul King being able to convert his wounds into size & power. The Calamity awaits. Final thoughts: This goes without saying, but this is easily the best and most consistent part that we’ve gotten of TYBW with the most anime original additions, especially with Uryu that is a complete 180 from his manga self that did next to nothing. Hyped to see what else they do, especially with Isshin and Ryuken. The end to that last episode was the one of the cleanest transition to the ending credits ever. The upgrade that is Pierrot Films was a cinematic success and promises to continue that trend and truly peak with cour 4 in 2026 for the 25th anniversary of 🔥Bleach🔥 Congratulations on catching up and in 9 months specifically with TYBW no less. Next time you guys see me for TYBW, it’ll be as the Bleach Calaminator. Other than that hope to see JoJo’s soon at some point.🙏

I think the most interesting fact of this ep was during the flashback Uryu was actually hit with Auswahlen while his mother seemed to be fine and yet we now know in Present Day she died that day but Uryu is still alive. So what happened.

Congratulations Normies, you are now all caught up with Bleach. Now you have to wait for the end like the rest of us. So far we don’t have a release window, only that it’s coming out next year. What’s most exciting is that by a lot of indications, Cour 4 is going to half about 6 episodes worth of original material. Because rather infamously the last stretch of the manga was heavily rushed due to Kubo’s straining health. So as far as fights that are left; Yoruichi vs Askin continues(there will be one more character joining, I’ll let take one guess). More or less every notable character still standing vs Gerard(that guys just getting started). Uryu vs Hascwalth(perhaps the fight the most in need of improvement). And of course the obvious one, Ichigo vs Yhwach in the final battle. So brace yourself for hype!!!

Yall definitely need to go back and watch the Zanpaktou Rebellion Arc!! Technically speaking, its “not” Canon, but we see the actual spirits of the Soul Reapers Zanpaktous and those ARE canon. Its a fun and exciting Arc, probably my favorite if im being honest 🙏🙏

Can't lie I just short of hated TYBW manga, so when they announced it coming out as an anime I really wasn't looking forward to it. There were certainly a lot of parts I was interested in seeing for the sake of seeing, but I didn't really think they'd fix it well enough to be good. Clearly they've far exceeded my expectations. Still has some stuff I don't like (chief among them being Zero Squad getting washed) but they've at least done those things well enough to minimize it. Looking forward to Cour 4, just by how things are set here it seems like this will be where they have the most anime only content and changes which I think is EXACTLY what it needs and am totally here for!

I wouldn't really say they got "washed" in the anime. They atleast did something and actually overpowered the royal guards to the point where they had to be revived/saved twice by yhwach.

#SundayRundown Bleach Congratulations on getting caught up to Bleach, now we wait together for cour 4 in 2026. This finale was so nuts in ways you cannot even comprehend, the number of additions, changes and corrections for future events is insane. First Uryu vs Ichigo round 2 never happens in the manga, they just say their dialogue and Uryu shoots an arrow to the ground then he reveals his true intentions. The Vizards vs Gerard is completely redone in the anime, in the manga only 4 Vizards are involved and get knock out instantly. What’s even crazier is that Kensei and Rose were still zombies in the manga and we never see them again until the end of the manga, here Mayuri already cure them and are involved in the new group fight against Gerard. The 2 dads arriving doesn’t happen until 10 chapters later in the manga which means they can get involved early and in bigger events, some theorize they will get new original fights. Ukitake’s fate is also changed, in the manga Yuha absorbed Mimihagi at the same time as the Soul king, here they’re not only still alive but is thanks to their influence that the worlds are still barely holding up. There are so many crazy moments left that will blow your mind so get ready for whatever happens in cour 4. One last thing, each cour has been adapting around 50 manga chapters but at the end of this episode there are only around 17 chapters left, so the last cour would be 50% of anime original material, Kubo has even teased some new things like how he mentioned the name of one of the episodes to the staff and all of them began screaming in excitement. Peak in coming.

#SudayRundown #BLEACH I know this video doesn't exist, since Suraj and Rana said that last week was the final episode. 😉 But if this video DID exist, I would first say that it's been incredible interacting with you all as you get to experience one of my favorite anime for the first time, and regardless of whether you do some of the fillers or not (BUT PLEASE DO THEM 🙏🏽...gotei13invasion), I look forward to experiencing the final season right alongside you. Then (again if this video actually existed which it doesn't) I would say the following: I feel you about the Ishida reveal Suraj. It was SO OBVIOUS he was being a double agent, that I was hoping for some kind of twist at the end, rather than a straight "I'm actually planning to kill Yhwach." reveal. Of course...the story ain't over yet. And there is a question y'all haven't asked yourselves: If El Baja Blaster can see the future, and knew everything that Ishida was going to do - or, even leaving the future thing aside, just knowing who Ishida's family are - why would he willingly bring this dude into the fold, grant him power, and make him his "successor"? 🤷🏽‍♂️🤔 Also, at the end here, you guys were asking what Riruka and Yukio were doing taking their dimensional elevator to the Shiba residence, and wondering who, besides Kukaku, they were going to meet. You probably forgot that, at the very beginning of this arc, we saw Kugo (the other substitute), Giriko (Time Tells No Lies), and my cousin Shu who I love very much (Tsukishima), all at the Shiba residence, as Kukaku was telling them they'd better pull their weight after she got them out of the Rukon District. So, presumably, we're about to get a Fullbringer reunion in the final cour. If you need the refresher, Kugo is one of Ichigo's very rare legit kills, Giriko was unceremoniously sliced in half by Kenny, and Tsukishima had Byakuya on the ropes, with the captain having to unlock a new fighting style in order to kill "his master" ('cause Tsukishima taught that boy everything he knows). Meanwhile, Riruka (Doll House), Yukio (Invaders Must Die), Jackie Tristan (Dirty Boots), and Shishigawara (Lucky Punch), were defeated by Rukia, Hitsugaya, Renji, and Ikkaku respectively (well Riruka kinda' defeated herself), and are all still alive. Jackie's boots are no longer "dirty", as she lost her powers after her battle with Renji, but everyone else still has their fullbrings. Oh, and Kira got that hole blasted through him by Bazz-B way back in episode 3 of this arc. Absolutely did NOT expect him to come back. Bazz in the Quincy afterlife gotta' be like "SONOFABITCH!!!" 😂

Yeah as of the manga this was by far my least favorite arc. Despite having some of the best payoffs (like Unohana), it just... well I needn't get into it, heaven forbid I antagonize the Kubo zealots by suggesting everything wasn't Aizen level perfection. The anime has at least made it very enjoyable to watch, and done some decent repair work on some of the more glaring issues... albeit not all of them. Afterall they still sent Chad, Orihime, and Ganju of all people. Or as I like to call them, putties.

Askin is always my favorite Stenritter, ever since i saw him run away from a fight in the manga. this little "daten" omake has him remind me of Excalibur from Soul Eater (which maybe you should watch?) FOOL!

#BLEACH A lot of people did not like this ending this also how I reacted at first but then I thought they were setting up Cour 4 which will be the BEST cour of the 4. As for the Uryu reveal, I think it was suppose to be obvious which is why we had all those hints but the reveal was moreso the reasoning behind his betrayal but also you have to factor in he HAD to betray them to gain his ability and get close for information. I think y'all are expecting it to be a crazy plot twist like "The Blade is Me" which it isn't. I do understand though but I hope it doesn't undermine the rest of TYBW as well as Cour 4 upcoming for you guys because PEAK is coming. Also if they decide to animate CFYOW after TYBW or have some tidbits of it in cour 4 there's a LOT more reveals coming so don't worry.

If it's 5v5 and one side looses all 5 that's absolutely getting "washed" no matter how "well" they fought (bs power up or not). Not really sure what point you think you're making with "Obvious" or "Unserious", but no I didn't expect them to win. I DID expect them to do better than Yamamoto.

Hashwalth is clearly coping after killing Bazz B in my opinion, which explains his drastic personality change. One interesting thing is that Uryu was seen to be affected by the Auswhalen when Yhwach told us that Uryu had a power that rivalled his own, which made him survive the event in the first place. So what did happen? Isshin also told us that Katagiri was affected by it as well, but she was not seen to be affected in the small clip we saw in this episode. As for Lille, he lost his halo, which had made him immortal, after getting his attack reflected on him, meaning he's no longer immortal. With Kira, you should read a short novel called The Beginning of the Revive of Tomorrow to know the full context of what happened to him. Basically, Mayuri fused Kira's soul with his dead comrades' souls to revive him and put him into that state. Cour 3 had 14 episodes instead of the usual 13, which is why the last episode was a short one. Also, Yhwach had Jugram's powers when he was asleep, as their powers get swapped, which is how the Bambi girls got slumped even though Yhwach was asleep. Yukio and Riruka went down to Kukkaku's place, probably to get their past comrades like Ginjo. IMO Ukitake is as good as dead. He was supposed to represent a situation where he was making a hero's sacrifice, but Yhwach, being the God that he is, just shat all over it lol.

Fun fact since Chris brought up the promotional art for Cour 3 with Ichigo and the gang; it’s actually a callback to an old chapter cover page during the Soul Society arc with the squad in that exact same pose but to the right of Ichigo is supposed to be Uryu, but since he’s “on the enemy team” he ain’t there. If I can find the chapter the cover is from I’ll link it later. Edit: I found the image pretty easily but I forgot to skim through my physical Bleach volumes to find the actual chapter it’s from but hopefully if this ends up on the rundown Penguin can find the image I’m talking about

Cour 4 is rumored to have about six episodes of new content. I think they ended it here because the next part is going to be insane. There’s already so much in this cour that’s better fleshed out than in the manga, and I expect the next cour will do the same.

It wasn't 5v5 tbf, it was 5v8 (Yhwach + Jugo + Uryu + 4 Schutzstaffel + Nianzol, yes i'm counting him, he was bought up by Yhwach). Squad Zero did quite well considering that. They did far better than Yama who lost to ONE singular opponent lol.

I actually can't remember (or maybe it's never stated) are Schrifts hereditary? Uryu's Schrift activating by accident in that moment so that his mother takes the effects of the Auswahlen insteed and she dies instead of him is pretty fucked, so i wonder if somehow it was the opposite and Katagiri somehow willingly took it on herself to save Uryu?

So them forcing yhwach to save them twice was them getting "washed"? Lol what?!?!. They literally Diffed them twice and only lost bc yhwach Saved them when he Awakened the all mighty. They got "washed" in the manga when they got off screened. In the anime absolutely not. In the anime they won and had to fight them over and over. They literally did better than Yamamoto did where as he didnt kill the real yhwach but they did kill the 4 Schutzstaffel along with uryu and Haschwalt then lost a 1v6 to senjumaru when she did her bankai.

When Cour 4 returns, I think you guys mentioned how you want to do the premiere when it gets here but does that mean you’ll stop reacting to the dub which usually comes out 3 weeks after the sub version? I wonder if One Piece will be subbed or dubbed? If dubbed happens, you guys could be the first big channel to watch all the Big 3 in dub and even if some people think watching it in dub will be a FATAL MISTAKE, I still enjoy it and Blind Wave is already watching it dubbed so I’ll be ok with whatever you guys decide. Yeah fair for those numbers, and again the anime does it well enough that it's not infuriating. While Auswalen did turn the tide of the battle it CAN'T raise the dead, so squad zero (probably) only actually killed Nianzol and as cool as the fight was he only did it once. Having a momentary break where you think you've won doesn't make it another fight. Again, cool as it was Senjumaru's bankai never actually affected them. Though yes I'll concede on them doing better than Yamamoto, given I kinda forgot Yuha didn't have the Allmighty then.

I hope at some point you guys can give Burn the Witch ago, it is canon to the world of bleach and i sure you guys will enjoy the additional world building whilst staying spoiler free from bleach. It is just 4 episodes, so should be easy enough to get through. As for this episode, if someone hasn't already mentioned it. The vizard scene is completely original and one of the original questions has was why did thr Vizard never don their mask? One of the theories was that they had their honor as captains so this episode included an original pull up scene. When Shinji and the captains took off their Haori (captains coat) they have discarded their identity as Captains to fight them as Vizards, whild they are captajnd they avoided use of their mask. I find this incredibly symbolic, prideful and honorable

If you guys get around to the filler arcs here's some info on the filler arcs; 1st filler Bount Arc - Kubo thought it was so bad that he had decided to personally wrote the stories for the fillers so the studios don't. 2nd filler arc - also kind of sucked in my opinion. 3rd filler arc - Zanpakto Arc -first 1/2 is fairly good and you can see how it ties into the canon story. 2nd 1/2 just drags and feels very much like filler. 4th filler arc - actually is interesting and gives pieces on exploring some of the world building.
