Part 1 covers from CM Punk's injury to The Bash in Berlin Strap Match. In Part 2 we'll look a little deeper into Punk's and see how it all ends at Bad Blood. They should watch Melina vs Michelle McCool Night of Champions 2009. In a interview with Ring the Belle, Katie Lea Burchill/Winter said that the directives told the entire Divas Division to tone down their matches and wrestle like women, bc was too good.

CM Punk is one of the biggest stars in wrestling. When he first returned to AEW after years of absence it was one of the biggest moments of all time. He then exposed AEW for being run by amateurs, and had the boss "fearing for his life" (exact words). Fans took sides and thought AEW was Punk's last chance but in reality Punk's return to WWE shut up a lot of haters. People thought Punk was gonna "blow up" and cause a problem backstage and wind up being fired again but it's been a couple of years already and Punk is STILL on top of the mountain and is currently the World Champion.

This is great. This is probably the feud of that year. Real close race with Hangman and Swerve but for my money this one wins. On another note I think it'd be great to watch the oba, jevon, and trick triple threat from stand and deliver this year. 3 young black stars making magic in the ring showing they are the future.

Do a whole doc on that Cody/Seth feud tbh, it's very solid (doesn't need to be a big one, can even just be one part, but something that shows their relationship as more than just that one match). Plus it gives them more history, context and weight when they see them team up for WM40.

I get why it was cut, because they probably wouldn't get why it was so fucking funny/shocking since they most likely wouldn't understand who Punk was referring too (unless it's in next part's video for some reason?), but Punk daring Drew to "say his name" was a peak promo battle moment during this feud lmfao.
