Meanwhile, Captain Holt forces Rosa Diaz to apologize to a patrol officer she mocked, teaching her about professional respect. At the same time, Terry Jeffords, Amy Santiago, and Gina Linetti attempt a strict diet together. Amy and Gina quickly quit and indulge in junk food, leaving Terry struggling alone. In the end, Terry reveals he was dieting to support his wife, and the group hilariously forces him to stay committed by handcuffing him so he can’t quit.
