#SundayRundown Loved the reaction to Batman's quip after Joker "died." Joker survives the craziest circumstances. This three parter had so many great moments. I remember being shocked when Lois found out Bruce was Batman!! Great stuff!!

Kickinthescience

I love that the only way to nerf Bruce for Lois was for her to find out he was Batman

Oh yeah baby we’re slowly making our way through, soon we can finally be done with this and get to the real show. It’s gonna be awesome looking forward to Thursday drops again.

Love Superman Worlds Finest is like the perfect crossover teamup WB literally had the blueprint right there anyways you guys are too soft on Kirkman he doesn't respect animation as a storyteller its obvious they spend way too much on VAs that could've gone into hiring talented animators im also not fond of alot of his changes but if he changes 1 or 2 major things I wasnt didn't care for in the comics I might forgive him

Solebat

It also highlights Batman reputation vs Superman

#SundayRundown such a fantastic three parter that makes great use of a pretty decent amount of characters. It's a shame we haven't been able to see a team-up this strong onscreen from DC.

Xonok

I don't know how Joker survived, watching this episode as a kid I would assume he died. I know he shows up in the Batman animated series with no explanation on how he survives, also shows up in JLU.

If you're popular enough in this universe, you'll survive anything, lol.

I envy the artists and writers that got a chance to make something dynamically cool as this.

Since you're watching in prep for Justice League, I'm guessing you will be watching: - Bizarro's World - The Hand of Fate - Apokolips...Now - Little Girl Lost - Knight Time - A Fish Story - The Demon Reborn - Legacy Is that list correct? I noticed that episodes "The Main Man". were skipped, though they introduce Lobo? I hope you won't skip Knight Time! It's so good!

#SundayRundown - On the Animation talk at the end of the episode, I'm pretty sure this 3 parter was actually animated by a Japanese studio. It was animated by TMS-Kyokuichi Corporation, and directed by Toshihiko Masuda (they also did the Speed Demons episode, with Flash, also I think they do the Batman Beyond movie as well). From what I could gather on Google, TMS-Kyokuichi Corporation, now know as TMS Entertainment, did a fair few western animation projects back in the day but stopped after a while due to high production costs. Some of those western things were things like Animaniacs, the 90s Spider-Man animated series, Tiny Toon Adventures and other DCAU stuff, mainly STAS and BTAS. Some anime they seem to be involved in these days are things like Detective Conan, Dr. Stone, Lupin the Third and Sakamoto Days among others.

#Sundayrundown (massive explosion) Harley: "PUDDIN'!" Batman: "At this point, he probably IS." That had to be the hardest, coldest line I've ever heard Batman deliver :-). I'm still laughing out loud at that one

Ren Davis

Batman got serious hops. You saw the way he jumped over that robot? Bro was flying like Mike. Batman can probably leap buildings in a single bound! Golden Age Superman eat your heart out. Plus it’s always nice seeing villains with conflicting ideologies interact with each other. Always adds some interesting dynamics.

Ren Davis

Harley Quinn: “Puddin!” Batman: “At this point, he probably is.” Always loved Batman’s low key sense of humor. It’s so dry and sarcastic. Like Bruce has an inner troll 🤣 This universe really knows how to capture those subtleties. Same goes for Superman. They really understand how to personalize these characters beyond their power.
