I think if Rhaena joined up with the dragonseeds, those 4 would wreck Vhagar. She is tough as hell, but Vermithor is almost as big. Sheepstealer is huge too. With Silverwing and Seasmoke, who have both been in battles, providing support they would slap ass.

#SundayRunDown The Northerner commander played by Tommy Flanagan is Lord Roderick Dustin, also known as Roddy the Ruin. Arya told Tywin Lannister she served House Dustin from Barrowton when he realized she was from the North and wanted to hear how Robb Stark is thought of by his people. She mentioned the two crossed longaxes as House Dustin's sigil. And I'm pretty sure the wildling looking woman with the black paint across her eyeline is Alysanne Blackwood, known as Black Aly. She's a prominent Riverlander, her house has a sigil of a dead leafless weirwood tree with like twenty ravens around it. Daemon beheaded her brother Willem Blackwood last season to secure the forces of the Riverlands on his side.

Daeron is ormunds squire. He has been mentoring him. So the greens still have ormund and his army. Daeron and his dragon. Aemond and vhagar. And I believe aegon is going to find sunfyre alive and healed at rooks rest!! Last we saw sunfyre was just badly injured. So could potentially have aegon and sunfyre. Helena has a dragon but doubt she rides him into battle. Plus cole and his garrison. It’s going to really interesting to see where this season goes. I’m beyond excited. I also think we could see rhaena possibly switch sides…?? And then aemond and alys could be a scary duo!! Alys now seems like she’s turned on daemon after he wouldn’t give her Harrenhal. We are 2 for we are beyond back. I

Rhaenyra's messy, two-strike execution of Otto here kind of harkens back to Viserys' botched stag hunt scene in Season 1

#SundayRundown You couldn't pay me to care about Alicent and her bum ass father 's death after all they did to undermine Rhaenrya's ascension, and he truly had the audacity to bring her father up. The shows insistence on keeping this dumbass friendship going (even though the friendship should have been dead when one woman threatened to cut the eye out of the other woman's son) is the shows biggest problem. But Emma's acting in this episode was phenomenal, cannot praise them enough. I also really hate that instead of just flying to Dragonstone and explaining herself, Rhaena has chosen to hide, this quite literally is going to make everything worse.

Without a doubt, Daemon is Team Black's MVP!!

It's funny that people were calling the last episode the S2 finale. I think they forgot the GoT formula. Hell, even AKotSK used it earlier this year with 6 episodes. Ep.9 (penultimate episode) is the big battle/event, Ep.10 (finale episode) is the aftermath. That's exactly what this felt like, especially with that ending.😂 Honestly, if this had been the S2 finale and the show had unexpectedly been canceled, it would've been a perfect ending for a prematurely ended show. Overall though, I loved the episode. Daemon's scenes with Otto, Roddy, his brother (Ulf) and cousin (Hugh), and especially Rhaenyra were fantastic, and Aemond's attack on Harrenhal was great. My only real issues are the same ones I've had the last season and what was shown these 2 episodes. Rhaena's story is still a bastardized truncation (thanks, Glidus and Alt Schwift X for the new word) of her arc and Nettles, and I'd much rather have had Nettles in all her thematic glory as a character doing the Sheepstealer stuff, while expanding Rhaena's Vale story with Lord Corbray and the other Vale lords instead of whatever they are setting up with Jeyne Arryn here, because she was doing stuff there than just babysitting and getting kicked out originally. Talking about truncation, I hate that Black Aly and Oscar Tully have essentially replaced Bloody Benjicot Blackwood's character. Also is it just me or does Helaena act like she's been reduced to a literal child minded woman this episode rather than the Dragon Dreaming shy autistic character we've seen since we were introduced to her? But my biggest concern about the show overall, is the pacing. We just got what feels like a satisfying season finale, only to roll straight into what's essentially what should be the S3 premiere. It's an awkward structure caused by HBO's budget cuts, and now we're potentially stuck with this domino effect until Ep.8/10 of S4 (if it even gets a full season), while trying to fit the rest of the story into just 14–16 episodes.

Emma's acting literally is soooo good. Cried within in the first five minutes of the episode!

def interested to see where Alys goes afte daemon being noncommittal about giving her what she wants!!

Jacob Livingston

Same!!! I wonder if aemond is going to get the treatment daemon got last season or if she will just straight up use him now. Very excited to see where the rest of this goes!!!!

Jacob Livingston

She deserves every single award!!!!!!! One of the best performances out of all 3 shows. Just incredible.

The Normies

I do wish they would do more with Helaena and the dragon dreaming, but maybe it will come up later!!

Wait why are we being so harsh to the guard that locked her in the room. He had no choice. Disobey the Prince get in trouble if the mom died. No matter what he was kinda screwed
