Ah, we have arrived. The beginning of the end. Your reactions have been so much fun, and it's a joy revisiting one of my favorite cartoons even made, I hope you guys continue the journey with Distant Lands, Fionna and Cake, and the upcoming Bubblegum and Marceline spin off.

Rana said it, the Lich episodes are always so good. He's a great villain! Even after all these years and the character growth the Lich is still just so evil and driven and scary. Ron Perlman's performance always chills ma bones. Also let's give it up for Sweet Pea who really came into his own here. As Finn said, he's a natural hero! I would pay money to see a spinoff of him growing into a hero for real. He's gonna be like the next Billy

#SundayRundown Fern is such a tragic character, cuz he's just Finn... no matter how hard he tries to create a new identity... he still has all the core memories, feelings and experiences of Finn (tho less emotionally developed), and yet everyone else treats him likes he's not Finn because of his grassy nature... even tho that was something he did not choose (and he also didn't choose to become a sword in the first place, that was just Prismo's scheme). And unlike what many believe... i do not think that Fern didn't feel anything when Finn told him that they were like brothers, i think he felt A LOT of things when Finn said those words, mainly indignation... because our Finn is (unintentionally) confirming what everyone else has been telling him.... that they're different people, that he's not Finn and ever will be.... even tho he knows he is. And everything is just made worse by the Grass Curse, which we know is the one giving Fern all these evil tendencies (confirmed by how Fern's eyes changed throughout the episode).
