The Normies will soon be starting something new! Sopranos, as well as Snowfall (followed by The Drop), will be ending towards the end of November. Both have been such an amazing watch. Sopranos is an absolute timeless classic. Who knew that "Tony Soprano Summer" was around the corner when we started watching in 2025? Not us! Meanwhile, Snowfall delivered a different take on the life of crime. The boys were appalled by the real events that inspired this drama series and decided to continue the ride with The Drop.

When Sopranos and The Drop finally conclude, we will be looking for a new show to replace them. The options we landed on are included in this poll.

I picked Boardwalk because I think you'll like it after finishing The Sopranos. It was also created by Terence Winter who cut his teeth as one of the main writers on The Sopranos. One show I would recommend as well is Slow Horses on Apple TV. It's like a cross between The Office and Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.

You all need to watch Deadwood. Its only a few seasons long and one movie to tie it all together..and I think among many other people have said, its way better then sopranos and even quoted as the best thing put out, its a must watch. It is more adult themed in parts But worth it.

DOPE series kinda like Sopranos and Snowfall, 'crime doesn't pay, shit happens and people suck' kind of show. The UK gangs setting and character writing/ relationships carry it wayyyy more than the overall plot. Don't know how much this audience would enjoy it but I hope it gets chosen some day. True hidden gem.

It had only 3 seasons and according to rotten tomatoes and meta critic, was one of the best dramas ever mad. Just from 3 seasons, which is a hell of a accolade. Not to mention Shakespearian dialogue and thematic depth. Ian McShane’s role as AL sweinger is noted as one of if not the top characters in history. Hell the Movie even got a 98% on rotten tomatoes. Just imagine if they had more seasons if they were this good.

rotten tomatoes is about broad appeal, not a weighted average. The metacritic scores for the show are good but not phenomenal. greatness of a show doesn’t scale with more seasons see: game of thrones, not to mention the third season of deadwood was the weakest. al is the best character on deadwood, not television as a whole, you can dig around and see which are more critically acclaimed as a whole. it has thematic depth but so does sopranos and every other prestige drama not named breaking bad. it’s one of the greatest shows but you said it’s way better than sopranos and that it’s supported by many when it isn’t and in fact both critics and general audience leans towards the former. it doesn’t even have the footprint of the wire or mad men.

It is a pretty great show; it has two teenagers in it, and teens can be hindrances in shows like these, and they are for most of the first season, but for the next three, they lock in, with a few understandable, forgivable crash-outs here or there in-between.

Serious question..... Wtf is with people always voting in droves on shows that are still ongoing? Like I'm sure 'From' is a fine show but it brings the possibility of waiting for a new season to drop (which could impede on other shows) and also the possibility of a bad ending. Obviously vote for whatever you want to vote for, but for me personally, it makes way more sense to vote for a show that's finished or about to finish.

I know it'll never win and will most likely come in last on this poll. But Top Boy is a SUPER underrated show. The best description I could make for it is, The Wire but in London 🇬🇧 and more focused of the gang aspect over the cop aspect. Edit: London is the main city, but they do focus on other British cities and a few other countries from time to time.

Not a good sign. I actually quit From after season 2, it was just that bad. My favorite preference would have been Silo but it’s admittedly a slow burn and I don’t think they can handle that, which does suck. And honestly, it may just be a bad show for Reactions. Haven’t exactly seen a lot of others out there.

I see you don't actually know what overrated means. It's fine if you like it, but it's not a well written show. Characters behave stupidly purely to advance the plot. Most of the acting is fine, but there are almost no likeable or interesting characters.

I don’t really see a big deal in watching an ongoing show , i find waiting for new season with the reactors fun, and if i had fun watching few seasons then it’s worth watching even if i don’t know the ending , sometimes it’s even better for the channel cause it can get more hype and new viewers when the new season airs
