One of my favorite childhood memories is watching this episode for the first time with my siblings and cousins. We were all just a bunch of dumb kids laughing hysterically the entire episode in the middle of the night during a sleepover, and my mom came busting in the room telling us to shut up. We thought it was the funniest thing ever. Man I forgot how much of a role Naruto played in my childhood. Thanks for Normies for bringing back such good memories lol

The Aho Bird usually appears in the Naruto anime after Naruto and his comrades make an embarrassing blunder and would fly over-head in an awkward yet comical fashion shouting "idiot" or "dummy" (阿呆, aho) continuously, adding insult to injury.

Quick explanation to the crew. “Aho” is Japanese slang “idiot” or “moron.” The Aho bird is flying by calling the characters morons whenever they’re being dumbasses hahaha.

Love this filler it's freaking hilarious XD one of the main reasons, though, that I like seeing fillers is because you see a different side of Sasuke...you see his relationship with Sakura and Naruto more in depth and see moments of ACTUAL friendship. It always makes me smile<3

Man, I love this episode so much. Not only is it basically the Naruto equivalent of the DBZ driving episode, it's also just nice to see the three of them hanging out in their off time. The canon story tends to go from one big plot point to another, so you don't really get many episodes of them just being kids and having fun.

Kakashi is translated to the word "Scarecrow" as nodded from the substitution against Sakura. Also a morbid nod to it when Itachi is pecking at Kakashi in the Tsukuyomi like crows.
