Jimmy mentioning to Chuck that he should threaten to quit, Jimmy figured out that Chuck has clearly already done that in order to hold HHM hostage. Howard has to bow to Chuck's wishes. And Chuck could have gotten what he wanted, for Slippin Jimmy to turn his life around, if he had just encouraged him here. Jimmy's move into elder law and then catching this big class action was great for his self esteem. And then Chuck tore his heart out.
