Here we go it finally starts here get ready for ape shit crazyness

Ashgar77

When your light hearted show turns dark.

Pavi

I'm 100% with Nahid about the first episode. NOT a fan of the first episode of each season being a filler recap.

Seth Tolar

Not Spoiler: The blue hue around overhaul wasn't his power it was Magne. Overhaul's power was the one who blew Magne up. He doesn't have multiple quirks. Just FYI

iSinful

MHA and Demon Slayer in the same day....It really is Christmas!

Kelsey Roberts

Big Sis Mag (the person who exploded and who uses magnetism) is 100% a trans woman and should 100% be addressed by her correct pronouns.

TB
>>30419132

I think you mean she WAS a trans woman. Now she’s just puddle

Neko

Lil bit of info since apparently the dub messed this up: the person who just got fucking destroyed by the mask guy was a trans woman. Apparently the dub accidently refered to her as a guy in her first appearance and now they're trying to fix that. That's why Toga called her "Big sis Mag".

Neal Cabanos

Two things. 1) I have Overhaul’s theme on repeat. 2) The SJW backlash to this episode was hilarious 🤣

Jjop017

I agree Shigaraki still needs to grow as a villain, but he is indeed growing though. His last plan was much more than just random attack. He specifically targeted the kids at the camp to try to recruit Bakugo true, but he also took into account how the attack itself would make people lose faith in both UA and Heroes in general. The three episodes leading up to All Might and All for One fight did show that plan was working as a lot of people were shown criticizing UA and doubting heroes in general. While he lost Muscular and Moon Fish, his overall plan was much more than just random attack and showed he can strategize and use tactics. Even here while Overhaul made Shigaraki look foolish we saw signs of said growth. He kept a cool head despite being humiliated and ordered his people (who wanted revenge) to not attack and decided to regroup instead. In the past he would have thrown a tantrum and tried attacking them anyway. I’m not saying you have to like the character and hope you do not take it as that. I just want to inform you that while Shigaraki doesn’t seem all that different from the start that he is growing much like Deku. Also Nahid lol. Dude you have really grown to hate Todoroki. He is not my favorite character, but bro implying he has no depth at all and is the only character in 1A to be shallow is harsh as fuck. He has grown as a character if you rewatch season 1 and watch how he acts in season 3. I get being sick of his fighting style, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say he has no depth as a character.

Not going to lie i had no idea there was a backlash i thought most ppl knew i never heard a word about it lol.

botanbutton

The collective "uhhhhhhhh" was what I hoped for. 😂😂😂

Hunni

There's a few upcoming episodes with after-credit scenes. I think it's the next few episodes at least, but they've been doing it a lot this season so it's probably best to check every episode lol

TheReplayHero

He tickled her cause he wanted her to be loud and energetic, instead of the boring monotone report she was doing

Ria

people calling overhaul transphobic for killing a trans woman bc she was abt to attack him and actually landed a scratch?? homie... the only thing transphobic imo is how the trans women are portrayed. the canon trans man in hero aca is portrayed well (tiger from the wwpc!) even if its only mentioned in his character page. but yeah i dont Blame people for misgendering magne when they literally give her a male voice actor, facial hair, and overall very masculine appearance (even if she does sound like she’s flamboyant and a gay man) anyways i love big sis mag

lmao why r u always hating on the MHA videos. just looking at your former comments and you only like naruto videos stop being a fanboy hater. your not fooling anyone.

Mieguy

Two things, the tickling machine in the original material said Tickle Hell in the black bar at the top of it, also that secretary that got tickled wasn't designed by the creator but by a fan in a design your own character competition they incorporated into the series

Freddie marcano

Yeah they’ve shown Midoriya do that face once before, when all might told him about The origin of One for all and All for one in Season 2

Ria

also everyone who says this is the worst season like... youre allowed to have your own opinions but im guessing Most are anime onlys bc this arc has a kinda slower build up and then gets CRAZY (like. the next 2-3 episodes abt to go on air are gonna be INSANE) but if this season includes the culture festival itll be my fave season KDJDJSJJDKS i have a bias towards eri

Chrisman148

u can say todoroki is flushed out atm but his development u gotta admit has been plain and boring since his fight in s2 also his personality is boring (and yes i think midoriya is boring too im not being bias). Previous seasons I just didnt enjoy characters but this season especially with certain characters now I feel like im connecting much better with them. I'm tired of them focusing on a character for 1 episode and then theyre development is basically stunted.

Karthig

Nahid aint wrong. Yes SDS is egregious but tying up your secretary on some iron cross type shit is much better?

Ez

The English Dub will now be one week behind starting this weekend

dunkey
>>30419375

dub giving wrong inputs about the story nothing new here folks scroll down

Bejo
>>30420828

The flashback shown before she died gave me the impression that she just wasn’t ready to be out to the world, that she was just comfortable being who she is when she’s with her friends. I always figured that’s why her appearance was like that.

Bejo
>>30423053

I did consider waiting. But I’ll just switch to the sub. Maybe rewatch the episodes when the dubs come out. Still don’t know why Funimation are delaying the episodes

AnEnthusiasticKoala

I think you guys need to realize that the culture in Japan is totally different from the Western world. And honestly I don't think the creators of these stories really care about the adhering to cultural norms and standards when they are creating their own original works.

Cameron

mickey is right deku has done that face before when Almight asks deku do you remember what I told you and deku says "eat this" he has that face

L

When half the crew is so damn sleepy that they can't keep their eyes open AND they don't understand simple shit that the series is trying to show it really isn't fun to watch as a reaction. This was a pretty big let down for me. Started off shitting on the first episode and then dozing off during the reaction and not understanding anything isn't a good time for me.....

L
>>30422454

Neither of them should be applied to real life and real life standards because IT IS ANIME. I get so damn tired of people trying to connect the real world and the fictional world together. Anime was much better when it didn't have a ton of bitches fucking complaining about everything that isn't in the norm of the real world. The creators of their own series make what they want and no one in Japan gives a shit what other people like and don't like.

Siegmeyer

No Idea what’s with the todoroki hate bandwagon. One of the characters in this show with the most depth & for Nahid to say he has no depth? It’s just doesn’t make sense to say the least. What he hasn’t had the most focus? I swear man if it’s not “wish the other characters had more screen time” it’s wish the main characters had more screen time. There’s literally zero reason to hate on Todoroki. What his character has flaws? Welcome to storytelling. Where good written characters have flaws

L
>>30423931

You are 100% correct. The people in Japan and the creators of their own series have a right to do whatever they want in their series. The more popular anime gets means the more idiots that have to complain about anime when it isn't within the societal norm. It doesn't matter what it is because it is an anime and no one is forcing anyone to watch it. The people that enjoy it will continue watching and following the series while the people that don't should just shut the fuck up and move onto something else.

scottrager

i liked the video guys. merry christmas normies

Brandon Diaz

Lol I can understand what naheed was saying about the first ep of this season, but if you were watching mha week to week you would have been excited to just get some new content and see something new

Shady Mozy

They are contracted to do a catch up episode at the start of each season.. Anime plays on TV and a large chunk of the viewers are casuals who have seen nothing since the last episode of last season when it aired... Very few are binging like yall so they appreciate it.

Shady Mozy

If you don't like filler... You are going to LOVE Naruto Shippuden final arc

Alex cleveland
>>30429789

Dude delete this message its not needed. Plus it makes no sense anyway, they can just skip the filler part but delete this 🤦🏽‍♂️

Alex cleveland
>>30426006

FACTS, I love Nahid but u don't have to be a hater on an amazing character like Todoroki when u have no reasons to hate him. Like he has done nothing bad to make fans hate his character. Be open-minded Nahid

Bourbon

that is really wired, season 2.3 and 4 each of them the first episode was filler its not something new also the first episode of season 4 was the best one of them we needed that because we waited for a year to get season 4, for you, you only waited a week so you know all the characters so you need to understand.

The Ultimate Ed

Yeah, I was a little disappointed that the first episode was filler. But watching your reactions actually helped make the wait more bearable. But, I gotta tell you guys. That this season is gonna have a pretty slow start. Sadly, the anime- which had up to this point been a lot more "to the chase"- decides to pad that runtime more and more.

The Ultimate Ed

"No... he's not funny!" I don't know why that cracks me up so much. Also the stuff with the tickling... in the manga, it was a lot less weird.

The Ultimate Ed
>>30425727

In other words... Get your rest, Normies. You guys forcing yourselves to stay awake is just as fun for you as it is for us.

Not Amused

Honestly this whole season feels significantly slower than the others

JevCor
>>30621807

Cool Adam, great presentation. How anyone could watch the license arc and think that is wild.

Mohammed Hussein Bajandouh

You tell em nahid, you are absolutely right all anime has it and the weird culture of Japan is not for everyone (mainstream/ Normies) so technically you’re not Normies. And Rana and micky please stop watching seven deadly sins you clearly don’t like it and we fans love it so it’s okay we will watch your reactions on different videos and watch nahid and mike on the seven deadly sins videos

Fox-Man the Wise

It's ok Rana, Nahid still loves you a lot lot more
