Ivan

Wooo double drop!

Silvermoon

Wow thank you so much 🥺

Dylan Carpenter

Thanks for the double drop guys! Loved the show and I'm looking forward to your reactions.

beti georgieva

Triss bright red hair is from the games. In the books she has brownish hair with slightly red tone to it. So actually the show did it right. Thanks for the double drop :).

Keep It Zen

Their discussion for Episode 4 is gonna be interesting !

Darion Belt

There are three different timelines happening currently. They have been dropping little hints here and there sense the first episode.

Normally I would say let them figure it out on there own but idk for this one. It is confusing for most, I figured it out by the end but I was a bit confused for a few episodes. So I think it's fine for this show.

AnEnthusiasticKoala

The mage association is something more akin to the Maesters in Game of Thrones and how they have a council in Old Town where that whole guild is run, and how they appoint Maesters to all the different Castles throughout Westeros.

olof

They talked about Cintra and it's king - in Ciri's storyline Calanthe was queen and Cintra was absorbed by Nifgaard. In episode 1 Stregobor says that he locked up princessess in towers, but later Mousesack tells the story to Ciri as if it happened in the past.

CuteLiLRN

There were clues in all the episodes so far about the separate timelines, but you have to REALLY pay attention, they don’t make it obvious!

Kyle Edmond

Let them figure things out on their own

Smanuelle

Yennefer's timeline is about 70 years. Geralt's is 20 years, and Ciri's is in the present. This is no obvious at all. People may confuse certain parts as simply flashbacks. The scale is too big and the producers should have explained it.

Niall

You seriously hadn't realised there was different timelines? Anyway the person running from the brotherhood was the witch/sorceress who did the curse for the dude, not Ada.

MrSkarred

a lot of the monsters and some of the magic (I think?) Is taken from European mythology, particularly Polish.

I had suspicions that something was odd, but it wasn't until episode 3 that I felt they were really 100% confirmed for me that there were 3 and not 2 timeframes (they're all part of the same line), so I think reactors unfamiliar with the series prior to now not realizing yet is fair as all the prior hints are easy to miss. Also there are two 'd's in Adda.

It should become obvious to everyone (who is paying attention) around mid-season. It's really not that confusing, and it's not even important to know until later. That's why its thrilling but strange on the first watch, but then it's better on the second watch because you know the timeline.

Yo, I had to become a Patreon again for you guys just for the Witcher and 7 Deadly Sins 🤣

The latest season is great, but the rest between the first and now is hot garbage

Anonymous

I will actually agree with 2 nd being trash af i mean how could they make my boii kirito a girl but the first season was great i can say dat for sure atleast the first half!

James Misson

FYI people the uncut is posted under "uncuts of the week" post but not under the witcher tag, nor by itself under the uncut tag. Think the same thing happened with the first episode and many were asking when it would be posted utill it was reuploaded. I strongly recommend the uncut, great way to rewatch this show :)

Griff

Pat such a bitch lol

Lego The Office

I have been looking forward to your reactions to this episode. I didn’t think I’d like the Witcher (haven’t played the games or read the books, just like Henry Cavill so I thought I’d check it out) but I ended up staying up all night bingeing the whole first season. I think what caught me was Yennifer (the actress that plays her is amazing) in episode 2 and 3. Her whole arc in those two episodes alone was amazing to me. Geralt is also so much fun to watch, but I’m beyond thrilled that Yennifer and Ciri’s stories are compelling as well. It made this whole show incredibly fun to watch.

Time lines. Time lies. TIIMMEEeeee lineessss.

Michaelstallman

Does anybody no why i can't see tags or featured taps on the post or feed screen on my patreon app

Prodigal Sun

Guys, you are watching different perspectives at different times. This isn’t a spoiler.

SeymourAsces

The potion that witchers drink enchances their senses and other attributes. They drink it before every hunt to give themselves an edge. The ingredients of the potion are really toxic. Witchers are basically super soldiers so it only affects them a little bit i.e. black eyes and dark veins.

Yeah I think the time jumping becomes a lot more clear in episode 4 and 5.
