Yes! We have heard all your recommendations and plan to watch The Pacific next!  It will be replacing Band of Brothers and we will return with the full crew.  Thank you all for the support and all the tidbits that helped us understand the series much more.  It was an amazing learning experience and all of you truly enhanced the experience for us with every episode.

First episode is dated to come out Nov.12th on Patreon. (This date is subject to change please dont get mad if it does.  We are gonna do our bestest!)

Yessss. I recommend reading With the Old Breed btw. Some parts of the series are based of it. It’s a Marine’s journal throughout the war and its a deep dive to the mindset during the war.

Why'd they replace it? Idk what any of it is im just curious

Fuck yes! The Pacific is amazing as well. The brutality of the Pacific really shows a contrast from the European theater.

Would love to see Generation Kill after you're done with The Pacific.

Thoko

That's my kind of Malarky

Randy Cooper

Guess I'm gonna have to get on that myself. Just 1 more reason to finally watch it.

Anyone else feel like the Pacific is a bit too propagandy?

No, its a lot darker and captured the mutual racism b/t Japanese and Americans

Generation Kill is also pretty great that you guys should check out.

Thank you!

Probably not the right place to ask, but when is Parks & Rec coming back? We've been in lockdown for quite long now so it seems buying a decent webcam and a mic for the ones that can't join at your office shouldn't be too hard after all this time? The only show left that I like is 7DS, so I'm kind of thinking about cancelling otherwise until P&R is back on..
