First!

Tim

Right on time baby! :)

DAki

Sasuke Shippuden has arrived!!!

Zee

Best boy Suigetsu and Thickie Karin 🐍

Saitama

Ugh...Karin is the worst.

Yuriichi

Nahid is correct, the "Sasuke Shippuden" arcand the retrieval of Zabuza's Blade is canon but the siege is filler, it didn't happen in the manga iirc (Edit: seems like I misworded my original comment, this is what I originally meant, thank you comments!)

D.j. Lachmandas

Sasuke has better fights than naruto in shippuuden. Don’t @ me

SeymourAsces

They definitely padded out the Sasuke recruitment so that each member gets an episode, that’s why you’re getting the filler vibes.

he also gets the most help in those fights and some of the people that he fights are sick 👀

KevinFromNewYork

Please continue to run the hilarious "Karen" joke into the ground. It's hilarious

Kenan

"You literally pointed your finger at my head" suraj's response to suigetsus threat was funny, but you gotta remember suraj this is the ninja world. You don't need weapons when you got jutsu, who knows what he could've done to sasuke with that finger 😂

DAki

Karin a straight Tsundere 😂

raesh

Ahh Karin with her..Sasuke so cool....thats nostalgia..😆😆😆

Chaos T

Sasuke's theme is one of my favorites. Also, it's kind of crazy through all the stuff that's gone on this year the Normies are on episode 116.

RhaenysR

I love how Karin immediately became Karen. Suits her character perfectly, imao

The Normies

Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say I deleted a couple of comments containing spoilers so that our reactors could participate here in the comments. Sorry for any inconvenience! - Gab

They had to draw out sasuke's team retrieval because the mangaka needed time to advance the manga chapters a lot forward

PS

Karin is so annoying, Sasuke manages to escape from Sakura and then has to put up with Karin

memoje

next op has to be skipped for sure

KaydenC

"Karen in the streets, Karin in the sheets." I'm dead XD

Emily

Sasuke very clearly smiled at the Naruto bridge in the manga, no idea why they cut that out of the anime. Would've given us some insight into what goes on in his head when he's usually so unreadable

Rain

Hope Chris feels better soon! This stupid-ass virus is supper annoying

Xhulio

Even after leaving the village and considered as a rogue ninja we would assume that Sasuke is a bad person. Watching these episodes you can see that he's not a bad person. He doesn't kill people. Creates a team of his own, freed all the Orochimaru prisoners and his only goal is to kill Itachi. He's still got his morals intact after all the shit he's been through.

PS

in the episode 116 reaction Suraj, Nahid and Rana have swollen bags under their eyes, they need to get a covid test

Jjop017

I’m curious to see if they will still find Karin’s antics funny after a few episodes or if they will get annoyed and start rolling their eyes.

Dominic Caciappo

anyone having issues with 116 playing ? Nvm seems to be any youtube video not playing atm.

Ryan

Oh we’re on to Sauske crap, well I’m out for a bit, call me when the good characters come back into it

Yeah it can be that way lol. She's a very...curious character, definitely be interesting to see what they think.

Abdul Manneh

This upcoming major fight is top 3 fights in shippuden for me, hella underrated

Yes he saw ori just as bad as itachi so he didn't hesitate to get rid of him, he even says so he doesn't like his methods so u right not a full on bad guy yet

Fred Carmichael

Normies! Raiga from the filler that Nahid talked about is the only exception when it comes to filler being canon. It is a rare case of something that originated from the fillers, and was made canon by the creator later.

Eeeeh. The Karin episode only really has a flashback as some padding. It's 95% manga canon. It's only the Suigetsu episode where it was 70% anime-only

Redding Tier
>>47540015

Yes it did. Sasuke did visit the Naruto Bridge to get Zabuza's Sword for Suigetsu. It's just unlike the anime, it really was still at Zabuza's grave in the manga.

Makenna R

I don’t think there’s really anything wrong with it lmao it’s a fun thing to think about

its a great fight, no way in hell is it top 3, its not even top 3 among the episodes in the 100s lmao

Max

Why is Nahid always shipping characters that obviously have no interest in each other?

Nyeisha Melvina Clark

TBH these episodes and this team for sure fell really flat for me, I just never felt the chemistry between the team, but that in largely has to do with Sasuke, I just never felt that he had chemistry with anyone really, especially not with Naruto, and honestly I always felt that the manga/anime trying to tell me about this "unbreakable bond" between them two was so forced to me, it just fell flat mainly because of Sasuke's nonchalant approach to everything in his life I just couldn't FEEL ANYTHING for them, to me Kakashi and Guy's relationship is what the writer tried to make Naruto and Sasuke, but it actually works with Kakashi and Guy, the only relationship of Sasuke's that I felt anything for was Sasuke/Itachi, because even though it was hatred, Itachi was the only one that could actually pull emotion out of Sasuke.

you gotta realize seeing his entire family get slaughtered like that made him an EXTREME Introvert
