Daniels is in, Burrel is out. Marlo is on top, Prop Joe is going waaaaay down to the bottom. It's an episode of Transitions in Season 5 Episode 6 of The Wire!

JD

The homeless guy you thought you recognised was one of the dock workers from Season 2, who were worried about keeping their jobs.

I mean did Joe play the game well? I don't think so. Better than most. But a bit too many double dealing, and giving too much away. Even if it wasn't Marlo, he would have been taken out at some point. The man was trying to civilize gangsta's.

JD

The teeth marks can't be traced to a person, which is what they want. Prop Joe hoped to mentor Marlow, make him "like a son", "civilize" him. Essentially, tame Marlow without having to war against him by teaching him, bringing him under his wing, helping him. But Marlow was just using him to learn every aspect of the business so that he could take the next step toward "wearing the crown".

Yup. The guy who worked the computers on the dock. The one Ziggy put all the porn pop ups on his computer screen.

That was a nice tribute you all did, Michael's legacy is worth so much acknowledgment. Also that was another enjoyable episode, this watch along has been awesome. The Normies should for sure cover more HBO shows, starting next with The Sopranos which is gaining a lot of newfound popularity recently, not to mention it's widely considered to be the greatest TV series.

Last Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens played a recording of Omar whistling "the farm in the dell" before the team came onto the field.

Big Tee, you've got Johnny 50 confused with Maui. Not sure how you fucked that up, though, the characters were very different

Chris is right that that actor (Butchie's boy) is the real Omar
