i kinda wish they would watch sub get this season over with

Akash Shetty

Sub is good, but the dub is worth the wait.

I'd say not since you have to contend with delays when it falls behind which can only increase chances of accidental spoilers OG language is always 1st choice for me except for a select few anime which MHA isn't for me

Did the quality of stroyline dropped like 80% or is it just to me? Will it ever be like season 2 and 3 again?

Quality of the storyline? The writing and story is the best it has ever been and it is still the best it has ever been even up to the most recent chapters in the manga. People really don't even understand. Its sad. The manga is amazing but anime only people have a bunch of different opinions and wrong statements about MHA.

Daniel Gonzalez

Its funny that they caught the fact they were American spirits because in the sub Twice says about Girens hand that its the hand he smoked his American Spirits with

The Manga is top notch storytelling but it’s seems like the studio doesn’t care to try hard on season 5 anime for some reason it’s lacking and underwhelming

Max

My Hero fans really must be hitting that copium hard if they think a few good episodes are going to make up for an overall shit season

I know but given how they've fumbled the last 2 seasons I'm worried they'll ruin the next arc.

How did they fumble? The anime is incredibly faithful to the manga. Last season and this one have been great. I'm shocked so many fans out there are disappointed

Incredibly faithful my ass... For season 4 because the animation team was split to work on movie 2 a lot of the scenes in the manga were cut such as Mirio's fight scene with Overhaul and Overhauls backstory. This also resulted in some horrible pacing for the show. Like when the unveiling of deku's new move in his fight against gentle criminal was undercut by a stupid unrelated flashback.
