This should’ve been a two episode drop

WB

Possibly the most needed double episode drop in television history. Oh well

space colon

Thought it was awesome to see her start the season angry at Angel but then grow closer and closer until her world literally revolved around him “Angel when I look into the future… all i see is you…” The slayer life is lonely and hopeless

I thought the "Buffy crew" would have told them which episodes to double drop .🤷‍♂️

Tim Pierce

This is episode where the show went from pretty good to must watch. The last season and half could be considered episode zero, and now the show really begins. Buckle up Normies.

Andrew W

I feel like a broken record at this point, but I'm honestly surprised how well like 90% of the dialogue from this show holds up. Rewatching this with these reaction vids has been an absolute blast.

Collete L

Military deployment

As Buffy crew, I'm just happy they are reacting to it, there are 3 two parters in season 2, I'm ok with them doing single drops; they have a lot of things on their plate.

Morgan Le Fay

This episode is something that sticks with me. And the episode following it. I actually had to write Theology essays in class for my A Levels (tests in the UK that determine whether you go to university or not). This is cultural at this point.

Blake

oof its gonna hurting waiting a whole week for the next episode

indaeo

I hope Rana is catching up on her own and can be in the reaction for 214!

Selena

cmon guys! double drop for the two parters at least. There’s enough episodes to last a while

Victoria E (vickster5001)

Oh this needed a double drop and where was Rana?! Gutted to miss her reaction to this one with how much she ships those two. Those rings became a huge thing in the 90s when this aired. So many people had them here in the UK. This ep in general caused such a buzz at the time and the wait for week 2 was awful! I get all the joking you guys make, but should reiterate that Angel is an old-fashioned gentleman. He was never setting up sex. His actual respect of her boundaries was just another reason they became such a popular couple on TV back then.

It’s starting, next comes one of my favorite episodes

Amen, @Chelsea! Though I *am* missing Rana in these reactions; did I miss anything about her maybe not doing Buffy any more?

As another member of the “Buffy Crew” I believe we used all our goodwill just getting the Normies to react to the show. I dare not ask for anything more.

Fuiono Ching Sung

I enjoy seeing Mickey's thighs these last two reactions.

Ricardo Obregon

WHoooooo! and Here ... we .... Go..... love this episode and the whole rest of the season.

Blake

Facts, we need her to counteract all of Marketa’s complaining about their relationship

rickie woodson

cant believe they forgot the gypsy curse from last season when angel told how he got a soul.........

rickie woodson
>>89838612

they want more money right? i said i'd gladly double for two buffys a week........its a win/win situation

rickie woodson

too bad rana wasnt here. she has been waiting for this moment

R3v1v4L

Damn I completely forgot how much Angel and Buffy kissed so intensely! This was like porn for me back in the day when I were a kid. But anyway as others have said, this is where the show really gets kicked into gear, so if you thought the show was good before, trust me you’re not ready!

Chris V

Ayo, Where is Rana tho??? She CANNOT miss next episode!

King Medjai

Buffy turned into shang tshung

BetheSOUL

If Rana misses next episode I will rage quit. ...Not really, but I will bitch and moan until you rage-ban me

WineCheeseGoats

Just wanted to mention that I signed up for Patreon just because you had made it to this episode (couldn't wait weeks to see your reaction), and to go back and watch the uncut Buffy. I can't wait for the next episode (OMG), and really hope Rana will be back for it.

Amanda P

Can't wait for the next one! Also I doubt it will ever happen but I think it'd be fun to see you guys react to the original Charmed, came out around the same time as buffy pretty much. Also vampire diaries reactions would be really fun as well
