Today's the day!

Ashleep

Marketa said Spike is team Rocket 😂

Blake

I don't know if you know this, but fun fact: Cyborg from the Teen Titans shows and Aqualad are the same voice actor. He’s also Ezekial from TWD.

Husk

Impressed Suraj knew Wild at Heart

TB

One of the best Young Justice episodes. The only time I’ve ever seen a “it was all a dream be used properly.” Even though nothing was real it still felt real and the trauma is real.

Riley Wigmore

This is my favorite episode of Young Justice season 1! Honestly I think it is brilliant in how it uses the *dream/training* scenario to delve deeper into the characters of the team, and let you see how each of these characters would act in a doomsday scenario, and most importantly, with how it felt *real* to them, this episode is maybe the most important season 1 episode, as it develops all six of our lead characters, all of them get character development, and this experience changes them all and pushes them along their character arcs.

Chezdad

star wars visions?

Marcb92

Easily my favorite episode of season 1. This episode displayed numerous things: m’gann’s power mind, their strong connection to Artemis even though she is the newest team member, and their dedication to protecting people by not giving up and sacrificing themselves. Also, I really hope you guys watched the next episode in the same sitting as this one because it shows them dealing with the aftermath of experiencing that training.

Ian Lurke

Please make Young Justice 2 episode reactions per week!

Alicia

Man, Alyson Hannigan crying just breaks my heart.

Brandon Gibbs

I know y'all were suspecting something had to be going on with that whole thing and you were right. Also y'all should start doing TWO episodes per week!

BradBoimler

Love how Chris had to double check the episode just to make sure it was the right episode of Young Justice and not episode 64

Shinja

Rana really loves that new Jacket huh, she be wearin it in every video lmao

ANIMEMUSE

When are your next rwby reqctions coming out cause it’s been nearly a month

Fede GG

Young Justice gets amazing from this point on. Ep. 19 is one of my favorites.

CodePhoenix13

So Chris is correct the Green Lantern Corps is a Galaxy police Force at each Green Lantern gets a sector of the universe that they protect Earth has multiple Green Lanterns to name a few Hal Jordan, Jon Stewart, Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz, Guy Gardner, Jessica Cruz and Alan Scott. There are also multiple different cores besides the Green Lanterns the Green Lantern core is powered by willpower and only people with the strongest amount of willpower will be chosen by the ring. Each corps has a different energy source there is the fear corps for the yellow lanterns, the love corps for the Violet lanterns, the rage corps for the Red Lanterns, Blue corps for hope Lanterns, In Indigo for the compassion Lanterns, and the Orange corps for the greed Lanterns. I know that's a whole lot in one message sorry.

Daniel R

Young Justice is sooo good!!

Also each Lantern Corps has their own oath as well that they say to increase their power.

CWall

Another week another perfectly serviceable reaction 👏🏾

I think you guys would really have fun with the Buffy movie from 92 It’s the first film appearance of Ben Affleck and Seth Green. We get Hilary Swank, Luke Perry and Kristy Swanson all in early 90s fashion. It’s pretty dumb but goofy and campy af

Brendan O'Connor

I do hope you’re able to get Angel on YouTube, and Marketa starts watching, otherwise she’ll miss out on great new characters like Herb Saunders, Baltimore…

Cory Garron

Meat in the cage? We saw how well that worked with a chained goat given to a T-Rex. They're predators, they want to hunt! Last episode Chris mentioned Buffy's stunt double by name (Sophia Crawford). This will be her last season as the stunt double. I remember fan controversy about her (alleged?) comment "I'm the real Buffy". However, apparently, Whedon told Crawford to end her relationship with Jeff Pruitt (the show's stunt coordinator for the first four seasons). Crawford and Pruitt both left the show after season 4, and I believe they are now married.

I didn't know that. Whedon really doesn't like it when people are happy does he? lol

acidnova
>>107826999

Also Donald freakin' Sutherland, Rutger Hauer, and Paul Reubens in a very not Pee-Wee Herman role

Pajander

Rana is a Pink Floyd fan?? I cannot.

Nyeisha Melvina Clark

While I liked Oz and LOVED his relationship with Willow, I do feel like they were not doing anything with his character. I don’t know the reason for Seth leaving but I do wish they had done more with him. Having a character that’s a werewolf could have been really cool if they had devoted actual time into his arc.

Frankie H

Suraj acknowledged this in a previous Sunday Rundown, but I want to repeat that Superman/Superboy still needs to breath. In "Superman: The Animated Series" and the Justice League cartoon series Superman always has a space suit or breathing mask in space, and that seems to be the case in Young Justice too. However, other comics and animated movies and DC movies show Superman fine in space without a spacesuit, so the lore is inconsistent. In Young Justice the writers are implying he needs an air mask in space. But yeah, the comic lore on this is stupidly all over the place.

Seth Green wanted to pursue his film acting career and was frustrated with Oz doing nothing for an entire season ("I felt like the character's potential vs. what we actually were doing were in drastic opposition."). He asked Whedon for a 6-episode break to shoot a film, but Whedon decided it would be easier to just write him out of the show. https://www.avclub.com/seth-green-1798212371

Failsafe is my favourite Young Justice season 1 episode. While I do love the serialized stuff, you can see how much fun the show runners have when they completely drop the plot.

Blake

Oz and Willow were the ultimate couple in the show at this point. While Cordelia and Xander fell apart after Willow and Xander cheated, Willow and Oz fought through it and survived. While Buffy and Angel fell apart, Willow and Oz survived. They are such a stable couple at the beginning of this episode! I feel like it makes their destruction all the more heartbreaking...we didn’t see it coming at all!

outdoorcats

"Sense and Sensitivity" is the worst episode of the Buffyverse, IMO. Perhaps a bit unfair, as the execution, writing, etc. of the episode isn't that bad; it even has some great comedic moments. But the "message" of the episode is so ugly and reactionary that it just can't rise above it.

Ricardo Obregon

Woooo, Small wooo for buffy Thursday as we watch the second most saddest episode in the whole series... fun fact in the commentary with the actors on the DVD alyson is so good at crying everyone on set tried to console her after her scene, and everytime she would reply "guys its acting"

Ricardo Obregon

and Big WOOO for Young Justice the most traumatic episode lol but seriously this is my all time favorite episodes of the whole series, so good and the episode after this ties it in so good.

Chaos T

The narration by Chris during Angel was really funny.

Jesse Ewiak

As other people noted, there was supposed to be a longer more built-up Willow/Oz/Vercua triangle, but Seth Green wanted a break to film, since he was actually breaking out as more than a 6th lead in a WB show, and Joss basically said, nope.

Anderson Lake(The Bleach)

Superman can survive in space but he can't breathe in space in most iterations. No Oxygen.

MojoJojoGojo

The intro itself was so funny about Pat and the plants/trees im glad our comments aren't so offensive cause even the friends understand 😂😂😂 Suraj tho lmao

BradBoimler

Superman can't breath in space there is no oxygen superman can survive in space but if he breaths he takes from his stored oxygen so a rebreather in space is necessary movies have taken liberties with it

Vicky N

We’ve already seen that Cordelia always says what’s on her mind and what she is feeling. It was implied in “Halloween” and shown literarily in “Earshot”. So the talking stick wouldn’t reveal anything new about her.

TheyCallMeJeff

Markita is going to regret not watching Angel because it becomes just as good as Buffy (sometimes even better) later on.

Teyon Alexander

There’s a lot of comments so I’m assuming this has been stated but just in case: Earth has more than just two Lanterns. Even in this show. In the show they’ve shown us (so far) Guy Gardner, Hal Jordan, and John Stewart. As with police, commonly it’s two per a sector of space or a “beat” as the old cop shows would say. Earth, however, attracts more problems than most of the Galaxy and needs more policing. I believe in the comics there are no less than eight earth born green lanterns.

rickie woodson

her: good shirt. them: ugh! i hate her. me: will never understand women lol guess she should have said "ugly shirt" since they live in backwardsland where compliments arent appreciated. #proudtobeGAY #yoruba

rickie woodson

because the "old shit" is relevant. dont do the crime if you cant do the time! and unlike oz who had NO control over his actions as a wolf, willow was in COMPLETE control when she cheated. he is only guilty of lying and keeping secrets so her sin was worse than his and if he can forgive her she can forgive him or be a hypocrite.........

Daniel R

Pat: "hehehe" lmao!
