Michael is obnoxious and a lot to deal with but he’s ultimately not bad to work for if you can put up with him. He’s a looser boss and you pretty much have ultimate job security because he doesn’t want to fire people. Stringer Bell is a more realistic boss and can and will fire people and there’s more pressure working under him.

that end credits scene shows why michael was special at his branch and why it did so well: he KNOWS his employees so he utilizes everyone to their best ability. idris just picked some random people to do things they are NOT equipped to do.
