FOR SURE get Jill back in here, really for just about any show lol it's a nice additional perspective with a lot of knowledge behind it. I think she could enjoy something like the Bear a lot, I've also seen the Sopranos suggested Also it wouldn't be me to not mention naruto lmao, y'all got the time to watch 500 episodes together right??

I wish you guys would share some of your thoughts during the intro of what you think the episode is because we’ve seen it multiple times. Also, after a scene where there’s a psychological insight you can provide, I would really love to hear your thoughts and discussion immediately right after the scene. Gemma becomes Ms. Casey on the severed floor *upper level* then becomes Gemma on the testing floor below, and then becomes different nameless innies in each of the rooms she gets tested in. They are putting her in those rooms to test her severance chip, to see if she recalls all the torture they put her through, doing things that most people hate (dentist visit) she feels the pain when she leaves the room but doesn't remember what happened inside the room. That's why Dr. Mauer asked her if she recalled anything that happened in the room and asks her how she feels when she leaves the rooms, and she only can talk about the (hand, tooth) pain she feels after leaving the rooms.

Gemma escapes after hitting Dr. Mauer with the chair to go up to escape, i don't think she knows Mark is upstairs, i think she was just looking for a way out the building. She'll always be Ms. Casey when she arrives to the Severed floor, no matter what her reasons are for getting there she'll always switch. IF she saw Mark up there (when Milchick caught her) she would have just been the same Ms. Casey she always was.

The scenes of when Mark met Gemma you'll notice that the blood drive machine has the Lumon (water? blood?) drop symbol on the machine, so it's a clue to us viewers that Lumon was involved from the very begining. Lumon ran that drive and possibly purposely wanted Mark and Gemma's blood, OR, they saw their blood and targeted Gemma somehow. OR the targetting happened at the Fertility Clinic. You saw Dr. Mauer because he plays a part in why/how Gemma ends up at Lumon. Those questionnaires that she had to fill out and the chikai bardo cards she had to look at are manipulative, they want to get into her mind and into her way of thinking. I am assuming that after she submitted those questionnaires they captured her. I don't think she ended up at Lumon voluntarily, I only think this because she asked Mark to come with her to the party

She feels resistance even when severed because that’s all her existence is in that room. Imagine, never ending dentist appointments, writing thank you notes, etc.
