This might be my favorite episode of the entire show. These are easily some of the most intriguing and thought provoking dream sequences in any TV series/film I’ve ever seen. The bit with Meadow calling out to him never fails to make me tear up

That silhouette in the door at the "family reunion" represents Tony's mom, she was a shadowy figure in a previous Tony fever dream. The implication is that the reunion is hell. Tony's mom being in the house supports this, as there's no chance in hell Livia Soprano would end up in heaven. Looks like Tony won't end up there, either.

Ahhh. That is so interesting. I never thought of that. I just thought it was the afterlife... but yeah makes sense. Those three would definitely go to hell
