Ball Is Life

I've always watched crypt but never heard this song. I genuinely teared up when watching... I've never had a friend get to this point when we were friends but I know the feeling all too well of just wanting to check in but risking them getting upset with me. Happened a month or so ago, she went out one night with this new guy and I hadn't heard from her in like 7 hours, and I really just couldn't sleep and just kept praying everything was alright. Thank God everything turned out okay, but to this day it was one of my worst experiences...

Great reaction as always Tom - and great choice of track Nick!!! I probably watched every reaction I could find on this song when it came out - crypt is super talented and seems like such a nice guy! I’m sure he’ll love your reaction!!! Maybe it’s age, but I’d do the same as Crypt did here, every single time. When dealing with a situation that’s potentially life or death, I’d always call the emergency services for a welfare check. I’ve had experience of this situation a few years ago when a family member’s partner did the very same thing. They had a history of threatening this type of thing, some would maybe say ‘cry’s for help’ - but they never followed through on it. Other people would say they were ‘attention seeking’ or that they were too ‘selfish’ to act on their dark thoughts. I totally disagree. You’ll obviously know better than I do Tom, working in this field, but my thought process is that it’s Always worth checking, because it only takes one of these times for the person to be serious about it for so many people’s lives to be turned upside down. We had the same situation as Crypt describes in this track, the person hasn’t spoken to my family since - but I’d still do the same thing every single time.
