LOL should have told you to watch the Saturday video before The Outside. Once you watch that one the beginning will make more sense. This one is the last video in the Dema story we have. Let me see if I can help unpack what you just watched. As there is SOOOOO much lore in this one. So they are on an island called Voldsoy which means Island of violence. The tune you hear when they enter the cave is actually Migraine from Vessel where he describes his mind as islands of violence. In the end, he learns how, thanks to the Neds, to use the horns to control a dead body. Which is what we think the Bishops do all the time. You might remember in the Movie that Dan and Sally's eyes at one point were yellow. Meaning they might have been dead. Anyways. The young people at the end of the video are the kids from the Nico and the Niners video that find the jacket and drums. They have since left Dema and are now Banditos. The blue behind them is Dema burning after the fire that Tyler forced the dead bishop to start. The bishops shut it down at one point by Clancy came back.

As for the song you are very close. Tyler felt that after COVID they would not be relevant anymore. So yes it's everyone standing in line to see the next big hit "song not drug" and they are on the outside now. But at the end, he flips in and YES they are still big and vibing because no one can take that away from them.
