It's a tabletop RPG running on the "Essence 20" rule-system by Renegade. The G.I. Joe RPG is currently a Core Rule Book meant to run on this system.

In all likely hood, yeah, you just might have. But really, I think only maybe 2 (3 at the most) of those villain ladies might have been salvageable with extensive attention. Cruella definitely being the prime example.

It's not your fault, you just happened to accidentally stumble upon the character that everyone in and outside the fandom considers the most problematic part of the entire manga BY FAR. I'd hate for this to discourage you from experimenting in the future.
