Fantastic video! The same luxury into signifier of femininity also happened to horses, btw. That's how we got the Horse Girl! There is a bit more ambiguity there, in the sense that the cowboy is still a salient symbolic figure in the American psyche, but with the decline of the prevalence of actual working horses, the horse became more symbolically and socially aligned with women.
