Happy Friday Patrons!!

After a pretty intense few weeks in the city we sail out of Rio and set our course for the Abrolhos Archipelago.  Along the way we encounter whales, fix our engine, clean our hull, and much much much more!  When we arrive in Abrolhos we are blown away by the beauty and go on the hunt for our first dive!

Have a beautiful weekend!

Love,

Brady, Brian, Alex, Lisa and Karin

Sailing Rio to Abrolhos: Searching for SCUBA! Sailing Vessel Delos Ep.184

Subscribe at http://youtube.com/svdelos This is our story, about sailing around the world. It is a story about sailing and travel and adventure. But it's also a story about meeting amazing people and making life long friends. It's a story of people living their lives in an alternate way, in close connection with the beautiful people and amazing planet that we call home. Our experience has affected us so profoundly we want to share it, hoping that others may find inspiration to follow their dreams and do what they love. For more sailing around the World Action! Another EPIC video! Thanks Delos crew. Great dive spot too just needed better vis as stated. Take care!

Another fantastic episode! So sorry to hear about Kazza feeling so bad but considering all the years you've spent on the boat and the amount of time you've been under the weather, I guess you're still doing OK. Sad to see the vis was so bad after the rolly polly night but look forward to next week's episode.

Greg Guthman

OK... Am I the only one freaked out by the Japanese tunes towards the end??

William Gross

Nice video!! For some guys, it's girls jumping on trampolines. For other demented sailors like me, it's women getting into a dingy from the water. I reference 22:45, it brought back fond memories of Nina's attempts!!

Panagiotis Verras

Super awesome to see another long-ish sail, keep it up guys, Voice commands really suck huh? try GoPro Go F**k yourself... Don't worry it's just the gods of electronics payback for all the "bad" stuff you do to them hahaha... dropping them into crocodile infested rivers and stuff. :D

Peter Kane

Land Ho Lisa we call her!

Don't get me wrong... I've loved all the Brazilian episodes. New culture; new friends; new foods; huge and interesting cities... They are all great. But the moment you raise the hook and start a new passage, I feel an overwhelming urge to simply let out a huge sigh of contentment and revel in that feeling of starting a new chapter. PS: I'm glad you're feeling better, Kazza. That looked like a badass cold. Also... the outtakes at the end are some of the funniest ever.

GREAT AGAIN!----I LIKE THE VOICE COMMAND FROM VERRAS.

bill rutledge

maybe the go pro doesn't understand english either....perhaps" go pro, tu madre" ;)

This episode another good one. Was the engine cooling pump impeller the similar type that failed ( weak link)/ design) in a couple of previous episodes? Were you able to find all the bits ? Good that you were able to repair. Brian and crew, good too with your attempt to communicate in Portuguese. Locals must appreciate it.

Peter Dedow

..after all these onshore adventures it is so good to see you out there on the ocean! great episode, watching it makes me hunger for sailing the seas next week by myself ;-) <3

Benjamin Franklin Hamilton

so, a pleasant assembly of intermission times... between naps and even during naps. I was encouraged that you diagnosis of cooling system problems was successful and quick, but wonder why the impeller keeps failing. The enjoyable story continues, meanwhile on sailing forums on other channels, cruisers keep following behind your experiences, and even keep close to your previous charted path, but are not aware that your documented experience is linked to their current inquiry for problem solutions.... All good, and by the time I am ready, the technology will have advanced and we will, I hope, be well past the latest trouble with global leadership... Cheering you ON and ON! benny boy

Você fez dizer tentou "GoPro Stop recording" em português ?

Love the outtakes - can you help I can't find that last track anywhere on the youtube audio library : La La by Mark ‘Oh YouTube Audio Library

Janne Peltonen

Another week, another great episode :)

Janne Peltonen

A thing I've been wanting to ask for a long time, a propos bottom cleaning: how do you keep the boat so clean when it's essentially on the water all the time? What do you use to clean the hull, deck and rigging?

Mike Murphy

Now Jimmy is far more civilized and would appreciate you forget The Man Show thank you. That was a fun show though.

Steve Leker
