The final countdown is HERE!  This is our last episode before we embark on our Pacific Crossing, and it's a super fun one!  We welcome our our last addition to the crew, Conor, who many of you might recognize from our COVID lockdown crew in the Bahamas, and he also joined us onboard Delos when we transited the Panama Canal.  Both Conor and Hannah bring SO MUCH stoke and good vibes, and we were all absolutely buzzing as we charged our way through our final to do list before departure.

For those of you that have been following along at the edge of your seats, we finally present our conclusion to the ongoing transmission saga, and we are happy to report that after installing the "new new" one, it's been running without any issues which has been such a relief (although we did run into a slew of engine problems that were completely unrelated, more on that come 😂 )

In this episode we also share our final round of provisioning, and it got us thinking...what would be the one food and drink item that you absolutely would not leave port without? Let us know in the comments below!

Good Morning from Annapolis. First off...Congrats to the USNA Class of 23 that just graduated today. Commissioning week in Annapolis is over. Great Blue Angels show Wednesday , and a final flyover this morning over the USNA /Marine Corp stadium to send the newly commissioned officers on their way. GO NAVY.....BEAT ARMY !!! As to my two don't leave port without it......Dark Strong Coffee and Mac and Cheese. (Id also try to smuggle some Jim Beam and Oreo's if possible ) I can't believe the provisioning effort you guys went thru. Unbelievable ! Oh..welcome to Conor also. Great to see you back on Delos. Great video - can't wait to see the crossing! I always make sure to have dried mango aboard - it's my go-to late night watch snack. Question for you guys - how do you keep all that fresh stuff from going bad? We've been cruising back and forth from NY to the Bahamas the past two years, and I feel like that's the part of provisioning I haven't figured out yet.

Instant hot chocolate. When it's cold and windy and everyone is tired and cranky, whip up some hot water, add the hot chocolate powder, and the morale is saved again :)
