Ahoy Friends!  Join us in our next tropical paradise, the incomparable island of Mo'orea in French Polynesia.  It's finally time to say goodbye to the Tuamotu Islands, and WOW what a time we had there.  The Tuamotu's reminded us a bit of the San Blas Islands in Panama with little sandy palm tree dotted islands everywhere, insane diving, super protected and comfortable anchorages, and jaw dropping beauty LITERALLY everywhere we looked.  But when you're headed to the world famous Society Islands (think Tahiti, Bora Bora), it makes it a bit easier to move on.  We point our bow south west and get treated to some truly amazing downwind conditions, and eventually make our arrival to Mo'orea.  You guys have seen a bunch of our real time updates, so you know how much we LOVE it here, and that we ended up making a little home base here for a while...but this episode is just our first taste, and as you will see it was enough to get us COMPLETELY hooked!  The highlight of our first stop here is definitely our wild and chaotic encounter with the underwater locals here.  We get up close and personal with the resident population of sharks and rays who have zero concept of personal space, and things get very interesting (and hilarious 🤣).  Another cool thing about this episode is that this was a time for Sierra where all of a sudden her speech is just taking off!  Her ability to express herself is really starting to come out more than ever, and we love hearing her perspective on these experiences...prepare to have your heart melted more than a few times in this one 🥹🥹🥹

Sending everyone lots of big hugs and good vibes from FP 🫶

Is it time to watch? Hmmmm I don't know, but maybe it is. Okay, YUP, it IS time to take a look see. Or should that be "Look Sea"? : - )

Michael Williams

Great work! So fun to see Sierra coming into her own more and more. You should put stars on your repeat ports-of-call flags?

FreeWilly

Moorea looks to be the quintessential tropical paradise, those tall peaks are very cool! are there volcanoes? Sierra looks like she grew 4 inches overnight.

Marisa Conner

Oh my gosh! What a fun episode! And I love how Sierra is getting into it all! What an incredible childhood you are giving her!

Sailing SV Delos

Oh man it was so cool! Amazing and hilarious at the same time, such a fun and beautiful experience. Thanks for coming along on the adventure with us!

Sailing SV Delos

It really is a paradise, one of our favorite places to hang out in a while. And yes its a volcanic island! Sierra is growing so fast its crazy, not only physically but her independence and personality too, we are just so proud of her 🥰

CATHERINE HACKETT

What a fabulous experience! Hard to believe Sierra is 4. I can see her one day on her own little boat like Holly Martin on Gecko. I read about her family as they circumnavigate and got to meet them when they moved ashore briefly to build a bigger boat in Oriental, NC. where I live. Just as with Holly's parents, I can see Bryan and/or Kazza flying out to meet her in Moorea and reminiscing about these wonderful days. Ain't life grand?

Sailing SV Delos

Thanks Marisa! And yes its so fun to see her expressing herself more...like we've always known she loves the water and swimming, and shes always laughing and smiling when we do this kind of stuff...but to hear her say "nice dayyyyyy" and calling a sting ray pretty, and to really see how she sees and perceives everything, it's sooo cool 🥰🥰🥰

This episode reminded us of nice and fun memories (including meeting you 🥰). Loved Mo'orea and can't wait to go back, hopefully on our (future, bigger) boat... maybe we'll get to buddy boat with Sierra too as she's growing up so fast and already planning to have her own boat too 😜

Another fantastic episode. Loving the Brady flashback bit there at the end.
