The mother returns. You knew she had to be somewhere.

What a clever twist, I did not see that coming.

CrimsonShadow

Well she must be impressed but also a bit scared how her son could change this many people and not remember

V

I wonder if we'll see bigger sizes...

Ellie Dema

If she’s not her mother anymore is she not a witch anymore , how does magic account for paradoxes?

Adith Shinu

Agreed she’s probably going tell him how to fix this. Right after she “tease” him about it

It will change reality in the easiest possible way. For example, in this case, Kai might become an orphan in a foster home or a twin to one of his classmates. However, magic can't affect someone's magic power, else witches/wizards could just transform into someone with higher magic. Whether they know they have magic or not would be the question (hence why they need a magic tether that's easily accessible).

Could this also be a possibility in reality say for example Kai's mom becomes his sister and reality makes to where his grandparents are actually Kai's and his mothers parents. Could that also be possible?

Don't think so. She knows this is something that can and probably will happen after all. She sent him to do this to train his resistance to memory loss.

Thanks for the clarification. I’d imagine in order to become a master witch you’d have to be an extremely “go with the flow” type person.

Thank God it was his mom, I was so worried for a hot second.

Isaac Collins

Ahh.. so hopefully things can get out back into place, maybe. Never know what might happen in a world of magic.
