First order of business: I’m sure a lot of y’all heard Tapas will supposedly be shutting down March 31 2027 :( Sucks cuz I’m partnered with them so there goes a bit of monthly income from the early access updates but also all the comic comments, reactions, community, etc over there will be gone. It sucked when it happened to SmackJeeves and it’ll suck again, it’s like a part of my history as an artist disappears forever 😢 BUT! Everything will still publicly continue on Webtoon and Comicfury and I’m thinking of putting S&S on Webtoon eventually as well (after some heavier censorship 😅)

SPEAKING OF S&S I’m doing pretty good on the revamp project! Only 70 or so more pages to go!! But also my backlog of Tree Falls is running thin again so a break may happen on this project for a bit. Just know it’s looking WAY more consistent as a whole now and I can’t wait to update everything ❤️

Other than that: Patchwork is coming up on a mid-chapter break so we’ll have to decide some fun PW goodies or behind the scenes extras for those few Fridays! Maybe Halloween related for spoopy month? 🤔 If y’all have ideas let’s hear em!!

NOW FOR RED’S MM BOOK CLUB MONTHLY REPORT (CUZ I HAVE NO RATING SITE OR ‘BOOK REVIEW’ AUDIENCE TO REPORT TO LOL):

• Neurovance by Alexandra St Pierre: Take the Rick & Morty ep ‘Morty’s Mind Blowers’ but make it super gay and suspenseful

1. This should be a fuckin movie 2. Took me a while to warm up to nerdy lil Wienie Hut Jr main character lol 3. THE SADDEST BOOK I’VE EVER READ?!?! Ugly cried HARD. Highly recommend for that last half alone. GET. THE. AUDIOBOOK. GIVE. MAC RAE. AN OSCAR. First half: 3/5, second half 5/5, would rate higher if I could

• Immersed by Ian Tate: Boy joins VR horror game and gets stalked by possessive killer only to eventually fall for said killer

Loved the concept, gore, and video game references but took a while for the boys to do all the proper gay shit lol 3/5

• Bite Me (You Know I Like It) by Fae Quin: Emo boy goes to small town to sell his childhood home, meets hot vampire dude

Not a lot of crazy plot happenings (compared to say, Neurovance) but it was cute! Vampire love interest was a good mix of sweet and mysterious (but needed more biting lol) 3/5
