What do you want to see in Amazon Apocalypse 4? (Thread 2) (Patreon)

This is a general feedback thread so I know what people like and what people are looking forward to in the next book.

If you saw the other thread, no, you're not getting déjà vu. This is a second thread that's open to everybody.

Here's the final chance to tell me what you guys want to see. Want to meet Cyra and Myrina's brother? Want to adventure on new worlds? Want more cultivation? Explore Carter's class or job more? More spicy scenes? Want Carter to tie up a certain feisty blue elf wizard? Want Carter to get captured by Dark Elves only to replace their sacred totem with his Fabulous Phallus and claim absolute control over their civilization and replace their god with himself?Let me know in the comments below!

It would be good to see him explore his relationship with the dragon lodge more. Perhaps if he gets frisky with a certain mage from said lodge it would give him more of an "in" while going to visit one of thier worlds?

Seems like two votes for a bit more spice. Good to know I can turn the dial up a little compared to book 3. Now I just have to figure out what level of kink is appropriate... Spellheart readers know I love to capture some sexy elf babes to use as sexy batteries, but that might be too much for this series.

I'm sure it varies from person to person but as long as the story doesn't suffer for it and it doesn't get as crazy as Dante king I can usually get behind it Bruce was the writer that got me into this genre

More spice, more Reluna, maybe she becomes Carter’s plaything and she’s tied up a lot. Truss her up in ropes and have Myrina carry her around like luggage. ;)

I agree more Reluna, I also think exploring a new world would be fun. As for something that’s not been suggested yet, I’d like to see more gobgob in the next book. The goblins have never been in the books that much but I think the evolution storyline is interesting

I'm still only halfway through 3 (I like to binge on release), but I'd love if we could circle back to the death zone of the system. Reintroduce that angel/goddess/admin person. I felt like that was a really cool backroom of the system that would be interesting to see as a long term plot point or struggle. Also, I feel like Carter is outgrowing his enemies from shards heavily. Maybe end the world coming together this book so we could move on to external forces actually invading. That would give a deeper look into more system-advanced civilizations.

Work on getting rid of or another way to bypass the curse albeit less effective but more consistent. Shore up the shard and or advance it. Also possibly meet up with sakura’s father. Steadily increase conflict with both serpent groups if you advance the shard. Visit cyra a bit more 😉 Though the dark elf part sounds fun, probably. 😏

I’m wondering about there being a Chaotic Good god with all the Chaotic Evil running around. 1. Progress on the first book quest whether it’s Ghost or Frankenstein. Including contact with that Arcade admin 2. Progress with the Goddess in Jade. Where exactly did she stick all that stuff he’s supposed to be looking for. 3. Actual training with Cyra so he doesn’t pick up bad habits. 4. Mention of progress toward an actual duel with Cyra if she decides she wants to pursue it 5. Clearer idea of what the new Race and Bloodline mean. Does he have to start training like a Jedi now? 6. Job evolution and implications with that Quest Reward 7. Progress on the curse after dealing with the Lich 8. More border excursion quests and cultivation 9. Meet the brother and father 10. Find out who actually built the golems 11. Have Reluna shed her Van Wilder shield and rediscover her interests and awesomeness. 12. First glimpse of Sharkette 13. If we really are going the robot route, can we please meet the maid onscreen if it’s going to be awhile before she gets Rommie upgrades 14. More spice and Charisma effects 15. Evolve FP. 16. More of the guard who partied up with Carter against the Shadefall spy and introduced him to Amazonian ale. 17. More job feats and quests where he uses earth raw materials to build awesome things to help entire populations.

Spice, duh. -Upgrades (Deflect, FP with Command... And sword proficiency I guess?) -Upgrade Examine. Maybe throw some Stealth and Examine Resistance to make it piercing and discrete I guess? -Earth technology supremacy, so artificing can figure into it I guess? Just the ground work. Oh, there's a bunch of golems he can crib and use...and make better, with Earth tech. Maybe turn them into mechs with better materials or something? -His promise to bring Ben and the others back, just progress atleast. -Work on the curse. He won't shut up about it so he can study and fix it or get over it being such a bother. Maybe integrate it into a new item he can artifice as inspiration to help people level. Or find out that being a more powerful curse it has unexpected reactions with whatever Serpent boys do to him. -Share Curse. Seriously. Use it, upgrade it. Heck maybe he can learn from some inspiration but I need to point out he has this ability but it never gets used. Maybe see about how bad that Luck Penalty becomes on someone especially with his new racial effects? -See what ridiculous luck a VERY GOOD day looks like before whatever burden we might pack on to Carter? -Sakura's dad at some point

That dark elf story like seams a little to well thought out for and off the cuff remark.😉 I would like to see a little more spice, helping his friends and some new worlds.

More spice maybe a girl he can use as a level battery? more kingdom building interactions with the system, more skill focus would be nice as will and it would be cool to meet Cyra and Myrias brother. Dragon girl... And more conquest

-Spice in all the applicable scenarios you mentioned. -I’d say less focus on cultivation this time around, since it’s a more obvious method of bypassing the restrictions of a System. I reckon it would be more interesting to see Carter play and break the System to his own advantage before dabbling in more esoteric powers systems. -It would be great to see Carter delve deeper into his Class and Job, whilst upgrading his pre-existing Skills.

I think a greater focus on cultivation, his class and on bypassing the chaos gods is the way to go. This would allow him to keep pissing them off without them being the villain of the book. Plus he has extra incentive to make sure Bridget's babies are chaos babies. He can do a bunch of Kingdom building at the same time. Taking control of the golems and getting servers working seemed too easy. I don't think that needs to change, but I think having people appropriately react would be good. Also... He has a better chance of building a shard closer to the modern world than most people with how rare Master Artificers are. It would be great to see a huge advancement there before they meet Sakura's dad. If he's going off world, then maybe to learn more about Oni? As for ladies, Reluna & Cyra are a must. I feel like he can delegate more and more to Cyra and Sakura. Beating the Torch Dragon with FF would be hysterical. Maybe less direct combat for him? It would be a way to speed through several more mergers since he has 4 front line fighter wives and 1 apprentice blow stuff up prospects. Not to mention a bunch of horny Amazon's. He can craft, strategize, experiment with magic, cultivate and they move the world unification forward.

S-Nothing

If you upgrade it reduce the need to take levels except when he is looking for growth. Also, Carter needs a woman that has a large number of levels ahead of him. Maybe with the Dark Elves.

Hard pass of carter being a stud to the elves. Reluna is enough to be added to his harem. Probably conquer earth and focus on making him stronger. Gundam? Iron man suit? Maybe a customized armor for his ladies Dragon girl lol Gobhob joining the harem also lol Also, c grades for myrina,Sakura and bridgette. More on Bridgette please.

Upgrade carters armor. After Reluna delivers the warning. He will need something to midigate the effect of a grudge (Death hex or curse). Also consolidate the shard. While building the enchanted walls for his fortress. Finding that hidden temple would be nice…

S-Nothing

Carter talked about going back to the specialist about his evolution. This would be great if he can do it on the world with Myrina & Cyra brother. He can have several different directions he can direct Scholar abilities & skills. (Special notes I am sick of writing out knowledge, skills & abilities so, I and going to do the govt thing and write KSA which will cover just one or all.). I feel better now. Plus I would like to see him merge more of his KSA. That bags he got from Morgathor should have some KSA he can use, trade or auction. Another tangent would be that the bag that Morgathor had have some special info Carter can trade/gift to benefit Dragon Lodge in the war with the Serpent Lodge during the family reunion. I also would like to see the evolution of Crownhill after dealing with the Chaos Shards. Crownhill should get some major benefits for dealing with 4 Chaos shards . Crownhill should upgrade to more of a city. While the former pieces of the previous shards should upgrade. Make a town of crafting for the Goblins and humans to pull in and provide more high end tech & equipment just outside the city. Have the Omykr upgrade to a town from a village surrounded by farms with the addition of more humans. Have a town that specializes in training or an Academy to develop mages and warriors near the dungeon. The last town should be near the training and crafting towns that does research and development. Also would like to see Carter get in the Golem town with a small team and get as many blueprints and tech as possible or see the Goblins get more involved and take it over. Is Carter going to check on the criminals in the swamp? I said this before but catch up to Sakura’s Dad. Maybe if things work out with a merge he can lead the empire Carter is making. I think that is all I have.

Maybe Carter can tame a dragoness… the chaos serpent naga attack and try to enslave her carter meanwhile (the sensible thing would be slay her), But Carter “sees”cdifferent path.. cliché as it is a drake and or dragon airsupport unit. Possibly a new girl or two out of it. That or raluna will need to dodge Sakura. A lot.

We really haven’t seen many other groups of humanity that actually are thriving through the system starting up running into a shard like that would be interesting especially if it’s run by a certain Oni king father-in-law…..

I would agree that seeing a portion of a Shard from Japan connecting to Crownhill would be awesome. Not just for Oni, but there might be kitsune, cat girls, or any number of yokai bloodlines. I don't want to see Carter conquer a bunch of dark elves. Do I now wonder how the system integration would have affect the underground (subways,sewers,etc) in a place like NYC or Tokyo? Yes. Should they be shards until themselves that crossed over with the Underdark and the survivors have to deal with dark elves. Sure. If this was a short story/it's own story would I read it? Hell yeah. It's not Carter's story though. Whoever that guy is though, who conquered the Dark Elves and saved the Subway/Underdark sounds like an excellent ally and friend for Carter.

I'm just gonna throw this out there because Paladin's Sigil spoiled me in this regard buuuuut I'm a bit of a slut when it comes to PoV chapters for the ladies in the harem so, I'd like to see that going forward personally. Also just to piggyback: more spice and it can be a bit kinkier/spicier. Feel like there's some moments where a tail pull her or a horn rub there could really have the girls go wild. Or maybe even an ear bite. Idk just throwing shit out there. Also Sakura's dad sorta feels like a potential conflict waiting to happen.

I would like to see him explore non system powers, maybe along the new fate tangent? Maybe summon the reaper elf? Definately should have something going on with Reluna, but maybe slow burn. The idea of a human shard with some sort of blood line clan dominating it to make a frenemy is a good idea. I feel like the story would benifit from refocusing on the shard plotline as the amazon story lines have been great but I feel like the shards have become irelevant to the store at this point. Also does he not have dead friends to resurrect and another human anomy to defeat and maybe learn something from his powers as a solution? Honestly just keep up the good work. Am fairly sure I will enjoy you story where ever you take it.
