Alright everybody, we're restacking Carter's priority list again.

Top vote gets highest priority and Carter will do it to the exclusion of the rest of the list if necessary. If possible, I'll try and weave in #2 and maybe #3 if Carter can do those at the same time (For example, he can explore and gain levels at the same time.)

I've added the write-in ideas from chapter 14.

So what should Carter focus on next? You decide!
