Dev Diary, April 3rd, 2026 (Patreon)

Dropping in with a quick Easter update.

I spent the whole week in Renpy, working on the script and dialogue. It took more time than I had calculated, as the free roam of this episode was bigger than I remembered. But it's now completed.

Originally, I wasn't going to include a promo scene from another game in this episode, but after talking with another developer and getting the OK, I decided to include it anyway. It's from someone I respect a lot, who's been around for longer than I have, so getting the go-ahead for that was just too good to miss out on. It meant creating artwork I don't normally do, so it was a challenging scene, but all good fun, and I finished it up yesterday.

I'll continue working in Renpy for a bit before I start the final Daz push, where six scenes (two of them lewd) remain.

Oh, and if you didn't catch the U4iA April fools easter egg, in the game, you can't use the letters "aeiouy" when naming your save on April 1st.
