I can't decide if his expression is saying that a) he hates them, and someone has forced him to wear the outfit, or b) he picked them out, just thinking he looked good in them, and the main reaction has been "Oh Katsuki, you look so *lovely*/*cute*/*nice* in those clothes" (he was hoping for just different/handsome/ or at least just "good"...

i think it's more of the b variety, because he knows he can rock whatever he wears, because he wears the clothes, the clothes don't wear him!!!!!! ;))))) <3 he is aLWAYS the handsomest (in his own mind) XD <3
