Hmmm... this one is a little difficult to interpret!!

My theory: The paper in the second frame talks about neighbors up and leaving (or disappearing)...then in the last frame you see the neighbors over at the house and in the dark room you see multiple TV's, multiple framed artwork, lots of Jewelry. Are they killing the neighbors then stealing the stuff from their houses?

From what I can see, the neighbors have started targeting the poorer members of the neighborhood and started to eat them and steal all their things. This would explain why the next door neighbors house is empty: they saw they were struggling and they were the first to be picked off. It also explains why she gave the poorer neighbor the basket with fruit and body butter, so that they’ll taste better

This part I get. I am pretty sure it's a bait, then kill, then assume their properties type of collector/killer story. (Just saw something similar on Netflix, actually.) But what I meant was, I didn't understand the details sprinkled throughout. For instance, the part I don't quite make the connection is the houses being foreclosed. I will let this sit in my mind for a while, let it marinate, it may come to me later.
