As usual, this is a work in progress. If you don't want to spoil anything before the comic is done, DO NOT READ THIS POST. However if you want to read this post after the comic is posted, you're more than welcome to look at my thought process and changes.

Update 4/1:
Panel 1 done
This concept actually came from an art card I made for April. I didn't intend on making a whole horror thing out of it but it stuck with me and I couldn't let it go. It didn't start off as a nursery rhyme, but as the idea of a child standing in the rain festered, I knew that there was some kind of playfulness involved. The same kind of playfulness that children have when they sing about the bubonic plague all while dancing in a circle.
The hardest part was finding out how to condense the action to 4 panels. I was sorely tempted to do 6 panels to really draw out the suspense.
Update 4/2:
Panel 2 done
I originally was going to reuse the first panel, but it didn't really get the impact I was going for. I also planned on using the first panel again as the last.
It's a little difficult to capture the wind blowing against clothes, so I may have a second go at it again later.
Update 4/3:
Panel 3 and 4 done.
