This is mostly an update with bugfixes and a small display for the blocks in the vine settings. Here is also a GIF of the feature I am working on currently: trapdoor and door physics (not included in this version). As you can see they don't work properly as of right now! :P

IMPORTANT Liquid Physics information: https://pastebin.com/K2X5uS3d

Changes:

  • Added block display to vine settings
  • Crashfix when no block was selected and you pressed select in the vine customization settings
  • Improved TNT explosion calculations
  • Less memory allocations on liquid mesh creation
  • Liquids shading instantly changes now after shader change with Iris

just wondering, what is the link to the code engine you used for skyland?

Hello! i have a bug: if i place a new vine block the visuals of the vines are like a mini version of the block until i reload the game. This does not happen if the vine was already there when the chunk generates. By example, if i place a chain below another chain, the first chain looks fine, but the second one looks like a mini chain suspended in mid air. Image of the issue (left, already generated flower with vine physics. Right, flower that i just placed): https://imgur.com/a/bxEMCnJ This happens with every vine block, not just custom ones or flowers.

My best guess is that you either use a conflicting mod, shader or resource pack. Remove one by one and let me know which one causes it!

Does it work for 1.18.1?

I had the same problem, but I was also using a shader (Complementary Shaders). If you reload the shaders, the texture is fixed (at least in my case).
