This was an animation commissioned by Vannamelon about a year and a half ago??? I've had to be off and on working on it because school and other work stuff kept cropping up... but she was extremely patient with me till the product was finished! I was so honored to get to work with her on this! It also utilizes two animation styles, the first part and the last clip being in the Dokified art style (which, to be honest... I hate animating in. The puppets are broken and suck, I made the template for them when I was younger in high school and they are not very well made lmao.) and the middle section is hand-drawn in Toon Boom Harmony! I much more new to Toon Boom than Adobe Animate so trying out the new program was interesting haha. Part of the way through she realized the audio was out-dated and updated it to use the correct name for Melon-chan.
