These four new mini-mods are designed to allow you to create multi-use lots or live above a commercial space in a Residential Rental.

New mod: Bouncer Fix

This mod fixes an issue that would cause Bouncer NPCs to take hours at times to show up for work if you arrived to the lot in the middle of their shift. With this installed, they will show up at all times of the day.

New mod: Gym Paparazzi Fix

This mod fixes the weird Paparazzi NPCs who always show up to Gym lots even when no celebrities are present. They would always end up idling and sitting around with nothing to do. With this installed, they will only show up if a sufficiently famous Sim is on the lot somewhere.

Home Regions has been updated:

• Corrected filters that could cause trouble for apartment events for landlords who live in other Worlds 
• Tweaked filters for helpful neighbor events

Basic Burns has been updated:

• Sims are no longer able to apply sunblock while mounted on a horse or while carrying a child in order to prevent animation errors 
• Sunblock now lasts 6 hours (up from 4) 
• Two new reward traits are now available:
  Permanent Sunblock - Sims with this trait always have the benefits of sunblock
  Unburnt - Sims with this trait can tan but will never burn

• Removed bartenders and market stall vendors on Pool lots, as this functionality has been separated out into Bartenders Everywhere and Market Stalls Everywhere
