Updates (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Been a while since I did one of these so I thought I'd talk about everything going on right now, new projects, all of that!

I've been basically swamped with work at the minute, and for the past week or so  (and, I'm certain the next few weeks) I'm just chipping away at commissions when I have time to draw. Annoyingly, this means I don't have any time to draw stuff for myself without burning out and DYING but at least its work!

To keep myself sane between commissions, I'm slowly working away at the Thumbnail video for a little bit each day - I'm making good progress with it and should have a new version to share soon hopefully! As well as commission work, me and Kat are still in the process of opening the shop up so yeah, there's a lot going on right now.

When I'm done with this batch of commissions I should have enough money to last until the shop is up and running, but there might not be any new stuff from me for a while. As for you, wonderful patrons, I have prints ready to send! We're holding on a moment before sending anything, as part of the shop we've bought a Cricut machine so (once we figure it out) we'll be able to print and cut our own stickers without having to go through an outside company! So if you're waiting on stuff to be send to you don't worry, we're just getting stickers done (and I think it should be worth the wait).

As for writing, Curated Curios is on the low priority side of things until all the previously mentioned busywork is out of the way, but I'm going to try and write a couple hundred words or so a week if I find the time. Most work for that is going into the Thumbnail trailer which - again - I'm so excited to share.

Anyway, if you read this far thank you for putting up with my rambling! As patrons you guys are really making a lot of this possible, and I'll have some fruits of labour to share soon! And whilst I'm already doing them, if you do want to get some kind of commission done feel free to message me (with that lovely 20% patron discount). I'll be back soon with stickers, prints, and (as of right now) 500 frames of animation!

Have a lovely day!

Lou
