Updates! (+ big things on the horizon?) (Patreon)

hey hey gang! wanted to update you all on a few things, so I'll ramble on!

First of all rewards - stuff is on its way! The paper mishap we had with the badges is hopefully resolved and new stuff is arriving next week and I'll be able to get cracking on that straight away!
And for the charms, I'm talking to supplier but hopefully I should be able to get some lovely quality acrylic charms within the week.

I've decided that if there is anymore roadblocks with this stuff I'll just send over the regular batch of prints and stickers, because you guys have been waiting a month now! As usual though dont worry, I'm very meticulous keeping track of who had paid what so you will get your stuff eventually. I just think badges and charms would be cute to have!

Secondly, biiiiiig rumblings of a new project on the horizon. On tumblr you might have seen me looking for a programmer, and luckily a whole bunch of amazing people have reached out to me. For the last couple months I've been working at a game startup company, and as well as learning a whole bunch of skills I just realised that if you want to you can just... make a video game... SO! I have an enormous document drawn up (6k words! phew!) with a whole bunch of concept art, game mechanics, basically everything I would be able to hand to a programmer and say "make this!". It's very close to completion, and the plan is to send that to the main programmer I've found and schedule a call to see her thoughts and whether the project is feasible.

If it looks like it'll actually happen, I'll drop the document here so you guys can have a look through and see what you think! I'm so excited about this - I've been wanting to make a game since i was literally like 5 years old and this particular project has been at the back of my mind for about a year now. This all comes with an enormous disclaimer of IT MIGHT NOT HAPPEN and I WOULD HAVE TO RAISE MONEY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, and all of that, but SOMETHING is gonna come of this.

As ever, you'll be the first to get the scoop when I make anything new

Thank you all so so much for your continued support. Honestly, you are changing my life SO much with your pledges, and letting me delve into creative ideas like this that I wouldn't be able to do otherwise!

You guys rock, have an amazing day !

Lucy
