Yes if it fits the story. Gameplay and story take priority...but yes as much pregnancy as can be got away with please :D

Looks awesome when do you think the next update will be?

The next update is actually already done. The only reason I haven't released it yet is because I'm trying to see if I can get either a handjob or BJ CG done. If I can't then i'll just release it without it but it's my top priority to get as much H-stuff inserted into this.
