Circle of Life (Patreon)

Centuries have passed since we were torn out of our cradleland. Deprived of the eternal youth blessing, we experienced old age and death for the first time. Feeling a longing for home, some of us aged quicker than others, as if an invisible magical thread between them and a fountain of youth was shred. Some still stayed alive yet withered completely turning into a dried up shell of a person.

The others found peace and meaning in a new world. They realized that they wouldn’t be able to come back home anytime soon. The world around them was cold and indifferent to their suffering. There was no mystical guide book, no elder all-knowing sage to let them know what to do. So they decided to create their own laws. Any purpose or meaning in their life was created by you.

New generations were born in this world - children that have never been to the fairyland. For them, our past life was just a bedtime story.
