I think Vi is a puppet for Dahlia now. I'd say Dahlia's total control is shown by Vi's eyes changing colour in the second panel. It was Dahlia reigning Brolic, not Vi. It's funny since all the heroes think they are dealing with Vi but it's actually Dahlia in another form. Anarchy and Brolic are Dahlia's apprentices now. Also, how were the other heroes able to resist Dahlia's control but Vi was unable to? So many questions xD
