Here's the cartoon I'm going to post on Monday. My dog, Dobby, is on the right. He's looking a little dazed because he can't remember the last disgusting thing he rolled in.

The other sketch is the first version of this cartoon. It was inspired by Dobby's love of sticks. I ended up changing it to make it a callback to this cartoon from last summer. I came across this version yesterday and kind of wish I went with it.

I took Dobby on a walk the other day and he was living his best life because he was able to pick up a huge stick and actually keep it in his mouth for a few minutes (usually he drops big sticks almost immediately).

Are you sure it’s a stick? It looks like you’re in a cemetery.

Love the sketches! Poor Dobby, hard to remember those things… and I guess sticks are more of a “guy thing” Lol! :) Also, love the pic of Dobby. Can tell how happy he is!

Dobby and the stick is so awesome! I’m sure he’s proud of his find. Not sure that the lady would be as impressed. lol

That is an impressive stick. Way to go Dobby. Note to humans from Dobby: the stuff I roll in is not disgusting to me

I love it when Dobby makes it into the cartoons!

First one is attended by the malamute in our household, who has a fascination with rolling in bird poo

In this house it was the residue (mostly just feathers thankfully) of a bird something killed in the yard-our 3 year old German shepherd gave it four paws up.
