Are you under a shelter-in-place order in your area? We've had to shelter in place for over a week now and we just found out the schools in our area will be closed until the beginning of May.  We'll have to get used to this.

These days my happy place is in the front yard, playing catch with my kids. We throw around the football or frisbee (depending on how windy it is).

Stay sane and healthy!

(P.S. To those who joined at the $8 and $20 levels this past week: your greeting cards are coming!)

It has finally stopped raining here, and the sun is shining. Have a great day!

My happy place is closed. . . The public library. I am nothing without a book. Muddle through

I just heard something similar about the schools in Massachusetts. And I learned this morning that we're not allowed to use our reusable bags anymore at the grocery store. I refuse to use paper. They can just put my groceries back in the cart and I'll sort it out in the parking lot. I was never terribly social to start with so sheltering in place is kind of my normal. However that being said the few social things I did do I really miss like breakfast with a friend.

Wow, I haven't heard that about not being able to bring your own bags to the grocery store. I've been doing that for years.

Nancy DeStadio

Kimberly I’m with you. Not a terribly social person so that parts ok. But, coffee with a friend now that I miss. We will survive bags or no bags.

Nancy DeStadio

Yes, in PA no reusable bags either. Plastic is our go to thing here as there is a large manufacturing company in PA. As always, money talks and seemingly also votes. I’m with Kimberly I’ll sort my groceries in the trunk of my car.

Glad you’re all ok !!!! 😊 Everyones happy place is very important now ❤️

My happy place is out in the garden. Luckily we've had a couple of non-rainy days. I wish I had a Thundershirt for reading the news though.

We’re still “in waiting” in Illinois on schools. It’s hard, but I understand why we have to do it. Just an adjustment. Thank you Scott for the awesome cartoons to make me smile and feel better! 😊

I'm in Idaho and we just went on "Stay at Home" orders last Wednesday. I work for an all-feline vet and we are an essential service, so I am still going to work. My happy place is anywhere I can see or pet one of my five kitties. Your cartoons are my slice of daily sanity - thank you Scott.
