New comic: Good dog (Patreon)

I did this cartoon for Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB).  GDB is a great organization and does amazing work. The comic will be used for promotional purposes and will be shared with other guide dog schools and blind services providers in the US.

A note about guide dogs:  Not only are they trained to follow commands from their owners, but what's cool is they're also trained to disobey a command if it's unsafe to follow. For example, if the blind person tells the dog to walk forward, and it's in the direction of a car or the edge of a subway platform, the dog will not budge. This part of the guide dog's training is called "intelligent disobedience."

That's pretty amazing. And that's your guide dog trivia for today.
