Years ago, my wife started calling our cat Hannah "Hannah Banana Fo-Fana," then it was shortened to "Banana," and now she calls her "Banana Butt." Hannah needs a support group like this.

I sometimes call our cat Max "Maxwell Cornelius," which seems a little more dignified.

My first cat must have had a dozen nicknames, accumulated over 19 years and 8 months.

I love this panel! Our tabby, named 'Milton' by the animal shelter where we adopted him several years ago, usually gets addressed as 'Miltonia!' when we truly want his attention, and gets called the ridiculously dignified 'Milton Hobblesworth' when we start reminiscing about his illustrious life as a celebrity.

My Girl was named Cadbury at the rescue centre. Love chocolate. So it stuck. Nickname is Caddy or Cads. Cadbury if she is up to mischief or mayhem.

Samson has evolved into Sammy Wigglesworth (22.5 #) so he does wiggle. Oliver is OllieBaliBoo

My boy Oscar morphed into Oscar Boo, then Boo Boo Baby Boy and finally, Boozer Boo. Poor baby. I still try to call him Oscar every once in awhile.

Our boy Mister Pickles turned into Pickles then Picky Pic and now Pic Pic.

This literally made me laugh out loud! 😂🤣 Our Max (RIP) was Max. Max monster, Maximus, and Maxwell… Our Chilly soon to be 18, has been Chilly Billy, Chill Chill, and now Chi Chi… She answers to pretty much all of them as long as food comes right after! 😉🤣

Uh oh my Puffster may have issues 🤣

That’s funny Chili answers to all those! 😆 Food is a big motivator

My Punkin and Scooter both end up being Punkin Pie and Scooter Pie. Which has something to do with me having an obsession with sweets.

We have Maggie, shortened to Mag, and then expanded to Magpie, Magnut, Maglomaniac, and whatever other Mag-derivation is appropriate in the moment. We do not call her insect-larvae, however.
